Genuinely funny moments in Equestria Girls?

• Twilight tries to act like a human.
• "...and I'll have mine with extra oats!"
• Trixie loves peanut butter crackers.
• Sunset Shimmer, along with Snips and Snails, need to fix the hole in the wall.
• Twilight smacks into a door.
• Flash Sentry smacks into a door.
• All of Pinkie Pie's moments.
• Miss Cheerilee is ticked off by Twilight's questions.
• Fluttershy's meeting with Twilight is just like it is in the show.
• Fluttershy hides her animals in her backpack and can scoop them all up in one swing.
• Twilight eats her apple like a pony.
• Spike has to smack Twilight to remind her to say "everybody" instead of "everypony".
• "What does the rest of me look like?!"
• Twilight bowing when entering the principal's office.
• The Cutie Mark Crusaders are Youtubers.

There are probably more, but for now, that's all.

Well of course there were.

-Rarity in the beginning, I mean come on, she was awesome- TWILIGHT! XD

-Pinkie's nervouscited thing was kind of surreal, as was Twilight's excited/nervous thing, it's funny because that's how everyone felt going into the movie!

-Twilight getting used to her human body in the new world, it was all pretty golden before she entered the school. Her entering the boy's bathroom during the song was something too lol

-I don't think I've ever seen a more amazing entering a library sequence than the way Snips and Snails did it.

-Cheerilee in general

-various human Rarity moments

There were probably more 'cute' or 'referential' moments than actual funny moments looking back on it though.

In terms of comedy, there's a big difference between, "Rarity's here, too?" and "There's a Rarity here?" (said in the film by Spike). The second version is a lot funnier. Nice touch.

It's so blink and you miss it I can't even find a clip, but when Twilight slips up and says "everypony"(I think that's what it was) and Spike pops out and thumps her in the back of the head in correction before quickly ducking back inside her pack.

 

The whole scene is just like *thump* "holy crap, what was that".

for those who want to know where she appears, she is in the canteen when twilight meets fluttershy for the second time, she is at the back when everyone wears the pony ears and tail and dance in the hall and of course, in the credits.

When Twilight met Pinkie Pie. It was hilarious. XD Also, ''The Great and Powerful Trixie.....! Needs some peanut butter crackers.'' OOh, yes. I also particularly liked it when Pinkie curled up into a ball at the near beginning of the movie.

I like when Rarity gets her idea and shouts out "I'VE GOT IT!" at full volume in a crowded café, then blushes and says "I think I may have a solution."

 

Plus Flash Sentry walking into the door when escorting Twilight into the hall. From then on, I liked him.

Personally my favourite moments were:
Pinkie saving the hopeless situations with... I don't know. "Just a hunch."

"THE GRREAT AND POWERFUL TRRRIXIE... needs some peanut butter crackers."

"She's psychic!" was hilarious too.

This movie was very very funny. I know I've scrolled through a lot of posts that were great, but here are mine:

 

• Pinkie's transformer noise
• Rarity screaming "TWILIIIGHT"
• Pinkie touching the portal saying: "Sparkely"
• Twilights Scream
• Twilight being punched by Diamond Tiara in crowd
• Principle Celestia saying "My door is always open" *BANG*
• Snips and Snails re-enactment of what they are in the library

• The "awful" video of Twilight in the library
• Rarity saying "So much for the disguise.."

The only funny moment in the whole movie was when Fluttershy got hit in the head with a broom.  The rest is just cringe-worthy, unfunny, poorly written, terribleness.
