Correct me if I'm wrong, but didn't they delay the release date for Season 3? I recall a time when everyone expected Season 3 to debut in November, only for The Hub to say it would actually be in December. Hopefully that doesn't happen again. I was thinking that season 4 was going to start in 2014, with the release of Equestria Girls and the fact that it's a 26 episode season. We have dealt with so much negativity, drama, turmoil and so on during these past 5 months, I think a little less than 4 months of positivity and excitement is going to be fine. Also, we can think of it this way: The wait is over half way over, basically. With this new info that we have received, there is just so much to look forward to. I was also thinking late December, so this is great news. What happened for season 3 is that the date was not announced for forever... and then finally the release date was announced for season 3 sometime in October, like 3 weeks before the release actually happened. They just didn't know for forever is my guess. But we never got a real date until fall last year. Very very glad that they have been able to announce it before the leaves change color. I wonder, though, if DHX is feeling the pressure to get it animated asap. We already knew it was going to be in Winter. Must say I was hoping for something more interesting; episode titles, perhaps, or...pretty much anything else xD But, oh well :3 Now that a date was given, I imagine those other sorts of information pieces will come to light sooner than later. (The fifth Saturday doesn't count for sweeps.) Considering the ratings smash MLP is, you'd think they would run it all month. They did this at the end of last season, too. They lost a sweeps week by ending the season a week early. I have to admit, I don't know what is going through their minds. The scene with Twilight having the flashback to Luna becoming Nightmare Moon shows the number 401 at the bottom.
