Um, OC stands for "Original Character." I think the word you're looking for is "captioned picture" or just funny pictures in general. Please excuse me for what I said. I didn't know that term.

Actually OC can also stand for Original Content. As in, content you've made yourself. Such as a comic or an image as the OP made.
