Equestria Girls Movie in iTunes?

Anyway, I was just wondering if anypony knew when Equestria Girls would hit the iTunes store or other digital distribution stores. I was really hoping they'd have it by Aug 6, but I can't find it anywhere and I don't particularly want a DVD.

 

If there's no solid info, then when do you think they'll release it? I know they're airing it on Sep 1, before they start airing the Equestria Girls TV season. Do you think they might release the movie as one of the episodes of the show?

i kinda hope they do put it on itunes. i've already watched it 3 times, but i always love rewatching mlp stuff. i've seen all the episodes at least twice.

No idea if Equestria Girls is getting an iTunes release, but they totally should put it up there!  Now that I think about it, it's quite surprising that the movie is not on iTunes. I bet a bunch of bronies would buy it.

 

I did some googling around and so far I don't think there's any news on an iTunes release but hopefully they decide to put the movie on there. It'd be a great idea.
