Buck ... I tought the DS1 and 2 trophies are hard ... DS3 beat that

 

Hardcore: Finish on this difficulty. If you die, you start from BEGIN of the game again

 

Classic: Based more on the first 2 games. You need to find plans to build weapon, classic aim, weapon parts and changes are deactivated.

 

Only survive: Enemies only leave ressources left. You can't find ammo, medicine and stuff like that in the game, only with building it.
