Is there a problem, Woona?

I don't understand how people can drop several hundred dollars on a single custom plushie. It's insane (and it irritates me to see them).

Guess it just depends on what people want to spend their money on. Weren't your custom ones expensive though?

They weren't that expensive. I'm talking $200+ for a single plushie.

If someone's a collector and it's their hobby, then I don't really see an issue with it. Assuming it's not affecting them financially

That's where my problem lies. Who the hell has that kind of money just laying around? And when you get to a point where you're spending that much money, effectively it turns it into a piece of art, and it's just going to sit on display somewhere, and not be used for its intended purpose.

That's true, I doubt someone who spent £300+ on a plushie would be touching it as much as a £50 one. I suppose it just depends on how much you're willing to pay for one, and what sort of quality you want. I certainly would not spend that much either though =P

I have a high quality, one-of-a-kind plushie sitting on my bed right now, and I hug him and cuddle him all the time. I was even hesitant to spend the $125 to have him done. I can firmly say I wouldn't spend any more than $125 on a plushie.

Fair enough, personal preference =P I'm not a big fan of plushies to be honest, and I doubt I'd be willing to pay even that much for one. Although, my opinion might change if I find one I adore  :grin2:

Anyway, sorry for late reply :P Night

Honestly, I think plushies are probably the best merchandise to get, and it's not because I have a thing for them.
