It is the continuation of a dark and terrible saga that began a very long time ago, and by a long time ago, I mean around the beginning of May.

 

Dash was the first to go, then Rarity, then AJ, and Fluttershy, and Twilight, and then finally Pinkie. Oh, and that other one.
