Nintendo is now planning to revive "fan favorites" from other developers, the first of which is Vivarium's Seaman which was originally released on the Dreamcast. If you don't know what that is, observe:

So it appears Iwata has come forward and called shenanigans on using the 3DS to bring back old franchises. This does include our topic game, Seaman.
