Inclement Blitz 35 September 21, 2013 #1 Share September 21, 2013 I'm just starting out drawing ponies and I was wondering what people would think of them :3 Please no mean comments~ I accept criticism but nothing too harsh, I haven't really studied pony anatomy yet Reveal hidden contents This is my first OC, Inclement Blitz, as a filly. Sorry if the picture is bad quality, I took it with my phone. I used prismacolor pencils on this And here's my other OC. I haven't thought of a name for him yet, but I think I want it to be Comet or something. It's so cute and adorable makes me just wanna hug that little blitz so much <3 I love your art, looks great! I will say that in the first picture though the back hooves look like they may be a bit oddly bent in a way that may not work for equines, but that's just nitpicking really. The wings in the first picture may also be a bit high up on the body. But really you've already improved from your first drawing to second! And your already better then I am after all the crappy pony drawings I've done. Seriously you should look at my first pony drawing . Anyways, great job! I've had a busy and frustrating week, but I managed to squeeze in some artwork that needs some opinions Both are watercolor on canvas. Applejack was my first try, hence the derpy head shape~ She took about an hour, maybe an hour and a half. RAINBOW DASH WAS SUCH A PAIN. She took about 2 hours. I had to repaint her face like 3 times because it was too dark, and the colors for both of them were pretty hard to make because I only have so many paints. Mixing colors is like alchemy :I I plan to do a portrait for each of the mane six, then maybe I'll move onto some background characters or something. What do you guys think?
