"An inventor..." Rain smiled weakly. "Great."

She had taken some herbs from Riza's pile and her leg still throbbed with pain, though much less than before. Until she could get a splint flying and walking would be a little awkward.

She had heard Shadow's comment about being the Element of Darkness, and now mused over it. Is everything I know a lie? She wondered.

In twenty-four hours she had found two unconscious party members, nearly died, broken her leg, met a pony who used black magic, and learned the truth about Luna's deceit

And now nothing will be the same ever again.

Shadow was thinking. his mind was a wreak, this question was digging him into insanity. our intentions were not to cause pain. What does that mean? His eyes went wide, after the fog, a pony appeared. it may be corrupted, wait, what if..what if everyponys corrupted now, my new friends are evil? why? why why whyWHYWHYWHYHWHY? HOW CAN I KNOW! if there under discords control? HOW?

 

This was a emotion he haddent felt for a long time, fear. Shadow just stood there looking scared.

"Could she just be concerned or can discord smell my fear? I-I-I C-CANT TELL IF THERE OKAY! He thought."

 

His sanity was decreasing by the second. "I could heal her leg but then she or d-discord could beat me! i cant lose! I have to win!"

(wow.... i missed..... a bucking crap load... thats never happened...)

 

Six did not know what to do, from the paper, to the fog, even when the other pony appeared, he had stayed near Riza while she was unconcious, but now only watched as the others talked, his two colored eyes darting back and forth to each pony, he walked to Rain, "Are you feeling alright? How's your leg?" he whispered to her, genuinely concerned...

Rain smiled faintly at him. "Not great, but better now that I've taken those pain killers, thanks. Not much we can do until I can get a splint though, and even they my flying's gonna be kinda clunky." She screwed up her nose, but then just laughed softly and shook her head. "I'm just glad I'm alive."

She looked up at him. "How're you holding up?" she asked, sounding a little worried.

Shadow saw that Rain was no longer talking to him, he backed up slowly and ran into the forest, Rain saw him do so.

 

He hid behind a tree clenching his head, talking to himself "Are all my friends corrupted? The guitar player was too shy to talk in the beginning and now hes talking to Rain? thats not right! he-he is being controlled! He must be corrupted!" his mind froze........he was afraid.

 

the word began to repeat in head. afraid, afraid, afraid afraid afraid Afraid Afraid AFRAID AFRAID SCARED SCARED! his whole body was trembling with fear.

Six merely shrugged, "Ahm alright" he said quietly, he examined her leg, getting an idea, he grabbed two straight sticks from the wood pile, as well as some vines hanging off the trees, he then began to make a makeshift splint for her, having knowledge of taking care of himself on the farm...

Rain smiled at him, oblivious to his blush. "Where'd you learn this?" she asked, marveling at the near-perfect splint. "You're really good at it!"

She could hear a commotion coming from the woods where the others had disappeared. "Should we check it out?" she asked Strong. "And do you mind helping me over there?"
