I made myself cry when I stubbed my toe yesterday. I'm not sure if it was from the pain or the laughter, but tears were definitely flowing.

 

For an actual media example, I rewatched Synecdoche, New York recently. The last ten minutes or so always gets to me.

I cried while playing "To The Moon." Great game. Just absolutely depressing. It messes with your feelings in the most extraordinary ways. One second you're happy, the next your crying, the next after that your crying tears of joy.

Just a few more things that put me in a state of melancholy for like a week. 

 

A# Watching the end of Starwars.

B# Watching the end of The Lord Of The Rings.

C# Watching the end of Harry Potter.

D# Finishing Kingdom Hearts.

E# Finishing Bioshock Infinite.

 

The reason I get sad is that the adventure is over... 

 

The only thing that I am scared about now is the end of Breaking Bad. I am told it's a emotion tugging finale. And I am already sad.

I don't mean to keep this thread going with my stupid comments, but I had to add one more thing.

After looking at another thread just half an hour ago I read about something called "MLD" so I googled it and found "My Little Dashie" 

 

I assumed that it would be a nice FIMfic but I saw the tag "Sad". But there was now way I could have anticipated this sadness.

That was the most beautifully written and happy-saddening story I have read in my life. 

 

For the last few paragraphs were so touching so beautiful that I had to pause a couple of times as to not alert anyone to my sobbing :'C

 

To anyone who wants to read it, It's worth it.

A couple of days ago I logged into a Photobucket account that I had not touched in almost a decade. I had completely forgotten that it existed, and on it was a video of me and my old dog, Gizmo. Gizmo was my lifelong companion, and a year and a half ago we chose to put him down due to his age and deteriorating condition. The night I lost Gizmo was the first time in my adult life that I really, really cried. Seeing that video again was the second time.

Bringing back this thread with my first major-feels moment since my last post.

 

If you recognise my current avatar and sig, you probably already know where I'm going with this.

 

Just yesterday, I finally decided to go through one of the visual novels that'd been sitting in my Steam library since December. 'Planetarian ~The Reverie of a Little Planet~' it was called. I wasn't planning on doing it all in one sitting, but I didn't wanna 'break the mood' by stopping, so I just stuck with it to the end. At four in the morning ...

 

Anyways, shortly after the 'final sequence' bit began, I just ... became a complete mess, and I stayed that way even after I finished. Haven't experienced anything like that since Angel Beats!, as described in my previous post. Now it wasn't as bad, but it was still pretty bad (think of it like this; if AB=10 on the feels scale, then Planetarian=8.5, or something along those lines).

This video didn't make me cry, but it made me feel.. something. The ending was really unexpected. At first I thought this animation was a humorous little thingy, but it played with my emotions and now I'm just confused.

I'm such an emotional wreck, it doesn't take much. 

Not including the events of this morning, yesterday I got super emotional over Your Lie in April, which is a freaking depressing anime that brings the feels. ;~;

One of the songs in MLP that makes me tear up is the song that Celestia sings right before Twilight's Alicorn transformation.  I shed a tear or two every time I watch that clip.

For some reason, I cried a few days ago when I went back to watch Derek Jeter's final at bat from last season. I'm not even a Yankees fan. I have no idea why it made me emotional.
