After Rarity, rank the mane 6 in terms of generosity.

Title says it all. Rank the rest of the mane 6 in generosity.

Consider every little act, big or small, and the actions throughout all the seasons. Who stood out to you the most; who did so the least?

My card: "A Talking Dragon - as acknowledged by Fluttershy"

I've got lots to say.

Honestly isn't flutter shy more generous than rarity?  I mean she bent over back words and let discord spin her house around levitating it in the air.

Pretty darn generous if you ask me.

That falls more under kindness, which is her Element anyway.

After Rares, probably Applejack takes next spot, then Fluttershy, Pinkie Pie, Rainbow Dash and finally Twilight.

I'm conflicted between Fluttershy and Applejack, so I'm calling it a tie. I think in the long run, Fluttershy would be willing to give more than Applejack, but I think Applejack is much more thoughtful about giving, because I can recall a lot more instances where she's given compared to Fluttershy.

1. Applejack - Applejack gave away free apple fritters to Rarity despite AJ's urgent need for some money. She was the first to give up her ticket to the Gala so somepony else could go, even though her reason for wanting to go was by far the most selfless as well as generous. She stuffed Twilight with good food right when she met her, and later on AJ had a cart full of baked treats that she wanted Twilight to have. She gave an apple tree to her folks in Appleoosa. She gave Spike a blanket which ended up being his favorite gift. When Apple Bloom fell asleep in AJ's bed, AJ happily tucked her in and let her have it. AJ gave her old clubhouse to the CMC. She gave away TONS of free apples to Bon Bon after Apple Bloom mischievously put apples in her bag. And perhaps most importantly, she was willing to donate all of her prize money from the rodeo in order to help fix Ponyville's town hall. The only knock on Applejack's generosity is her hearty appetite which could give the impression that she's stingy. After all, she took almost a full table's worth of food with her after the big brunch for Princess Celestia.

1. Fluttershy - Fluttershy graciously offered Rainbow Dash any one of her animals so Dash could have a pet. Fluttershy gave Spike the biggest gem of anypony for critter sitting. She also let Discord make himself right at home in her house. We know Fluttershy will bend over backwards to give her animals what they want, even if it means getting ripped off when buying just one cherry. Because of her "freaky knowledge of sewing" she was able to finish Rarity's dress. I don't think there's any limit to what Fluttershy would give to others simply because generosity is an act of kindness, which is her element.

3. Twilight Sparkle - Twilight was generous enough to give her book to the CMC on Hearts and Hooves Day and she didn't even ask them why they wanted it. She reluctantly let Spike "have his moment" so to speak, when trying to save Rarity from the Diamond Dogs. There aren't a whole lot of instances where Twilight's giving away an object or possession, but she does dedicate a lot of her time and effort to helping her friends, as there are countless instances of her taking time away from her studies to lend a helping hand. Many of these instances are generous in their own right.

4. Pinkie Pie - The problem with Pinkie Pie is her gluttony. Whenever there's cakes or any kind of desserts laying around, Pinkie will be very likely to eat it up in one fell swoop as she has done numerous times throughout the series. She also had no problem buying several mugs of apple cider, drinking it all up without sharing, and then gloating about how good it was in front of Rainbow Dash who hadn't had any. To her credit, she dedicates her whole life to making others laugh and smile through her entertaining ways, and I see that as being a very generous act. It was very sweet of her to help paint Applejack's barn, for instance.

5. Rainbow Dash - Dashie's a bit more self-centered than the others. In the cider episode, she clearly stated, "Why can't you make enough cider for all of us? Or at least for me!" This shows that she's a lot more interested in herself and is quite insensitive to the wants and needs of others, as a more generous pony would have gladly done without the cider if it meant others got to have some.

1. Applejack - AJ is willing to give her friends her apple treats, even if her goal is to raise money.

2. Fluttershy - She might be gullible at time, but she is willing to help her friends and show generosity in her main element: Kindness.

3. Twilight Sparkle - She gave her book to the Cutie Mark Crusaders, without asking on why they wanted it.

4. Pinkie Pie - Her desire for so many desserts does get out of hand at times, but she is willing to be generous.

5. Rainbow Dash - I wouldn't call her generous, but she can be.
