Crashing a funeral. Most morbid FIM joke?

During the Perfect Stallion song from Hearts and Hooves Day, when Sweetie Belle says her 'This one's too old' line, she clearly jumps onto the preachers back and rubs his head, singing a cheery song line for a very sad occasion on their version of Valentines Day.  Damn, Sweetie Belle. That's just cold!   How did the writers even get away with this???

Not if you assume it was scene being filmed for a movie she crashed and not a real funeral. 

Why do you think it wasn't a real funeral? A preacher would be used to death, and you only see other ponies from the back. And who in the hoof would want to film a funeral scene during Hearts and Hooves Day?

There's a fanfic called Sweetie Belle's Descent into madness and it's quite a good read and makes this theory seem more plausible granted there is no canon evidence of this

Interesting theory ,but unicorn magic aura is suppose to be the same as the unicorn's eye color.

 

Examples would be Cadence, Twilight, Trixie Rarity and even Shining Armor, though Celestia's magic is sometimes gold for some reason even though she has a pink eye color.

Celestia's, Rarity's, and Twilight's magic visibly change colors from season 1 to season 2. Still, green is a particularily evil color, considering Chrysalis, Sombra, and the Flim Flam Bros. used it.

That was in the first season, second season while the colors are similar, it's not the same color as the eye. Celestia's, Rarity's, and Twilight's magic visibly change colors from season 1 to season 2. Still, green is a particularily evil color, considering Chrysalis, Sombra, and the Flim Flam Bros. used it.

Ah yes though I wouldn't consider the Flim Flam brothers evil..... at least by Sombra's standards.

 

Though I see unicorn magic and thier auras are very inconsistent within the series so I wouldn't be surprised that Sweetie Belle's aura changed color the next time we see her use it.

I think you guys assume mlp is never going to throw low blows or bad taste.

That oh my God controversy and the show is gonna die.

 

I think you have your answer.  MLP is not glass jawed and it can take some pretty good shots and no go under.

Maybe it wasn't a funeral. Maybe the old guy was just auctioning off a trunk.

That's the stupidest thing sense i heard people say "Oh fngr tatirus is just a prison for bad guys."

and i had to look up the quote,

jail for ancient creatures."

 

to prove it as for the dead.

 

Unless that place only houses dragons sense most living things don't make it to ancient.
