a Toon Named Biscuit who loves the past and hates the present he dreams to be mayor of toontown and make this run down town in to the biggest town ever how ever he is 16 and also his toon looks are a aqua dog, orange shirt with 4 red stripes and purple shorts with his gloves who found a dragon who leads him to equestria biscut has new powers in him his speed is f as lighting and can do a super sonic fire boom that makes him go home so idea got in his head to rebuild the town from scratch with help with his 6 friends and a dragon to save the town

 

so far the fan fiction is in the works I will have it out when it is done see yea
