I would say any of the scenes in horror films that involve eyeballs and yeah the home movies in Sinister freaked me out too.

If anyone has seen Black Hawk Down, the scene where they try and operate on the guy's leg wound to save him was horrible to watch, and extremely sad too!

OH MY GOSH yea now that you mention it..... that was horrible, and the guy went unconcious from too much pain or something....and also the part where the guy's actual leg gets blown off...

Pretty much every scene in The Human Centipede. I dared myself to watch it when I was around thirteen and several years later I still shudder when I think about that movie.

In my memories from what I can remember, the most disturbing scene from any movie was the blood test scene in "The Thing". The scene had so much paranoia in it that I could not stop sweating, close to a possible transformation from the assimilated person, when the specific person got a positive result in his blood then the most disturbing part of the scene would take place: The thing emerged from that guy's (no spoil ) body, and I was scarred, but the film did a great job with the build-up of that scene which helped me get paranoid too. I watch that movie back when I was still in Elementary school, so that scene disturbed me really easily
