Brony opinion poll! A brony/pegasister's choice

  2. 2. If you chose be a pony, which scenario would you most likely want

    • Be trapped on earth and risk being shunned by fellow humans, but have access to a community here on earth where only ponies can go (all show characters included)

    • Be transported to equestria (forever), but live in a ponyville "knockoff" where you can never see any show main characters (all background/minor characters and OCs)

    • Be transported to equestria and experience all it has to offer, but have to return to earth after only a year and can never go back

    • Be trapped on earth and be accepted and loved by all humans, erasing all pony hate, but have the world of equestria wiped from existence

  3. 3. If you chose to have a pony, what situation would you like the best

    • Have a pony randomly matched for you and keep him/her/it for forever, but risk having it bullied and you being criticized by humanity (a RANDOM OC, NO PONIES FROM THE SHOW, just have one that a matchmaker thinks would fit your personality)

    • Design your "perfect pony" down to the smallest detail, but have them taken away from you after 10 years

  4. 4. If neither of the first two choices sparked your interest, here are some alternative scenarios that you'd rather take

    • Stay human and be able to travel between equestria and earth, but risk dooming equestria to the corruption and darkness of mankind (equestria would eventually become as messed up as earth is and its magic/charm would die with it)

    • Stay human and have a colony of ponies pop up on earth where they are integrated into human society (basically equestrian cities here on earth WITH characters from the show), but have them risk severe discrimination and being exploited

    • Stay human and be transported to equestria where the ponies are offering you a fresh new start with open hooves (wut...ok arms?), but be declared dead here on earth and never return

    • Stay human and have to endure 5 years of having your life unravel and reach the lowest of low, but afterward be transported to equestria and live the rest of your life adored by every pony in equestria (all them ponies want a piece of you :D)

So before I joined the herd, I was curious to see what the consensus would be on what bronies/pegasister would want to happen IRL for them regarding the MLP universe. Do you love your favorite pony so much you'd be willing to spend 2.5 years of joy and happiness with them only to have them stripped away from you and never be able to see them again? Or would you rather BE a pony, like a super-fast pegasus racing the wonderbolts, a unicorn bending the world around them with their magic, or a hearty and strong earth pony? Do you just love ponies in general and you wouldn't mind someone hand picking one for you to spend the rest of your life with, risking all the social and cultural ramifications that would come with having a pony companion IRL? Do you value being a human, but would just want to get a taste of living in equestria and meeting all your favorite characters in the show while risking turning equestria into a world where the headlines "mild-mannered family stallion kills pegasus family with axe, faces minimum sentence" is possible? 

 

(Man I sound like the DOTA 2 intro cinematic...)

 

A lot of questions, I know, but this is something I am really curious about after seeing the topics of all the FIMfics out there. I'd love to know what all you bronies/pegasisters REALLY would like.

 

My choice? I love the ponies. I'll take the random pony and finally have a friend that won't turn their back on me. I'll fight tooth and nail to defend my little pony (MY little pony, not yours unless you have one :P) from anyone out there brave enough to pick on them and God help the person who makes fun of me for taking one of these little guys under my wing.  

 

Alrighty! Please comment and tell me why you picked what you did! I REALLY would like to know what everyone (or everypony) thinks.

  • I would want to be transported to Equestria, to return to Earth after one year.

Have up to 10 ponies to choose from.

Be transported to Equestria after enduring 5 years of my life as a human, and being beloved by all of the ponies when I return to Equestria.

I'd probably want all of it to be real.

This was actually very difficult for me. i used to think it would be cool to become a pony and go to Equestria, leaving this life behind, but some things have happened recently that have caused me to realize just how important I am to people here. At the the same time I have felt loss, and would not wish to relive it again. If I had to chose between all of these options i would stay the same for the sake of others and myself.
