Headcanon: Is Pinkie Pie...Samson?

Uhhh, guys, I just had a thought, pretty simple, but rather...shocking...

You know how we've been shown this season that PInkie seems to have super mane powers?

What if she's like Samson from the Bible?  What if all of her fourth-wall/laws of physics breaking abilities are all manifested from the Sonic Rainboom from her childhood, and its all concentrated in her mane?  I mean, nopony else has ever been shown to have those sort of powers, at least not without the assistance of top-tier magic.  Furthermore, it only seems that she can do these things when her mane is frizzy; notice she didn't have any of those powers (or, to be fair the charisma for said powers) when she was depressed and flat-maned in Party of One.

It's a bit of a stretch, but with the things that already happen in the show, I think it'd be possible.

What are y'alls thoughts?

I think the only actual comparison we can get between the show and the bible is Big Mac = Jesus.

In all seriousness, no ponies are like biblical figures; at least, in my eyes :D

Wow!  This made me laugh so much because of how out the blue this topic is...

Anyway, taking it seriously.  I am not sure we can equate Samson to Pinkie Pie....Her mane does not "hold" her powers per se. It's an animation adaptation.  Her mane reacting (Pinkamena and the Rainboom stuff) is exemplifying her emotions to the audience. The Sonic Rainboom as the animation suggests, created a great deal of wind/elemental force, so her hair getting all messed up is understandable in that scene. However, because the incident showed her something so wonderful that now her worldviews are shaped around it, she is a completely different pony than she could have been. The Mane reflects that in a 'concrete' manner (as in, it is a physical reflection of this changing dynamic in her life). In Party of One, her mane 'deflates' because the spark in her was momentarily gone when she believed her friends abandoned her. Her mane reflected that crushing feeling in regards to her worldview being temporarily shattered. This can also be applied to Magical Mystery Cure. Her mane being flat represented the worldview that would have had if she never saw the sonic rainboom, and that worldview would be similar to her parents.  However, because she through growing up and her own life experiences post sonic rainboom, has maintained her free-spirited nature that is central to her character, which is why working on the Apple farm was no fun.  The mane reflects the feelings of inner self, being physically personified because she is such a abnormal pony (compared to rest of the ponies that in Equestria), hence the 4th wall breaking and all her other crazy antics. Despite that, she is often more prepared than others for anything, and has knowledge that even Twilight doesn't have.  She's a very diverse character, and the best way her character is portrayed in the show is through physical reactions of her mane/body...not through dialog...I hope I made sense...
