What do you think? Do you want a newer and better Star Fox game? Like, a newer story. Not a remake.

The last Star Fox game did sort of blow on the DS. Then, they REMADE 64 on the 3DS. But....I think they should make a NEW game, with a better story, and awesome game play. There was rumors that there was suppose to be one on the Wii. Perhaps, the Wii-U should make a GREAT one.

Im up for a new Star Fox series. I mean, as much as I love Mario, the Legend of Zelda, Kirby, etc. They keep making new games of those. They NEED to make a new Star Fox. AHHhh!! :P

I for one would love to see the original SNES one come to the e-store for the 3DS. But I'd like to see a new one, last I played was Adventure on the Gamecube since nothing after that has interested me enough. Plus I hated the character design changes after that one, I thought they were pretty much spot on in Adventure. They looked like their classic models only 3D and updated, somewhat realistic with that cartoonish Nintendo style. Not weirdly proportioned or strange style like say what they did in Assault.

I'm not much of a Mario or Zelda fan (actually I've never played a Zelda game). The two series I like, Metroid and Star Fox, are the ones that get ignored the most. I also like Donkey Kong, so I'm glad to see it make a return at least.

Thats exactly true. Metroid and Star Fox always seem to get ignored. Kirby is in the middle, but its mainly Mario and Zelda. They have made SOME Donkey Kong games, but...they could use some new ones.

I definitely want a new Star Fox game but I don't want it to be just a space shooter. I thought they were going in the right direction with Assault but they squandered that in some weird ways and they never went back to it. Star Fox would be amazing if they took advantage of the foot-to-flight mechanics but made levels that weren't just giant arenas.

I would love to see a new Starfox game, I miss Fox, Falco, Slippy, Peppy, Krystal and ROB 64. I think the series found the perfect footing in Assault despite a weak execution. Just add more Arwing missions with a few Blue Marine/Landmaster here and there and polish on-foot combat and they're golden.

Also please don't make Command canon, or at the very least make the next game take place after ending 1 or 5

I completely agree. They did a lot of great things with Assault, including the on-foot sections (Even though the actual gameplay was quite off) and the orchestral soundtrack. I consider it to be my most favourite Star Fox so far, because of the brand new things they introduced while keeping the space-shooting elements. I do like the Star Fox series as a whole, but Assault deserves a bigger spotlight for what it has done.

For some reason Starfox has managed to sell more than any Metroid, Donkey Kong or Kirby. Now why Nintendo think they needn't bother coming back to the series is beyond me, my heart would stop if they announced a new HD Starfox for the Wii U at the next E3!

It is high time. Travesty that the Wii didn't get a SF title, so if Nintendo's smart, they'll put out a Wii-U one. It'd be kind of unwise of them not to put their focus into furthering their massively popular IPs, especially considering third-party games, also to be released on PS4 and Xbone, aren't going to do squat to give them a leg up against their competitors. Speaking from a consumer standpoint, I've got to say that a new Smash Bros., a few new Mario games, and an HD remake of a game I already own (Wind Waker) aren't nearly enough to sell me on the Wii-U. Give us a new Star Fox and Zelda, then I'll part with a paycheck and a half.

Not just Star Fox, but an F-Zero game along with Star Fox would be awesome. In my opinion, they should stop with Mario for a while, there are already plenty of Mario games as is and they are all samey. They need more variety and I believe these two games are perfect for that. With Star Fox, they can try expanding on Assault. On foot action, landmaster combat, dogfights, maybe give us more options of exploration, and a new enemy to fight. With F-Zero, it is pretty easy. Driving at outrageous speeds, plenty of awesome tracks, and more interesting characters.

I liked it more than the other ones where you're mostly in a ship. Maybe that's just me haha.

I'm sure you guys will love this game then

It's all that flying and fighting planes and stuff. I didn't like Star Fox so I'm not sure how similar it is. The only major downside to this game is massive amounts of dialogue.

The game's pretty neat, it plays and looks lovely. Even furry haters can't help but love this game. You play as Red (the doggy with the bone).

It's on the DS so it shouldn't be too expensive either.

I loved StarFox. Just think if they brought it back. With the graphics and technology we have today? With the great games we've had so far and assuming that trend is continued? The game would be an epic one for sure. Especially since now Fox would also have stages on foot. Correct me if I'm wrong but certain games you were only in planes I believe.

I've always wanted to get that game since I've heard it plays a lot like Megaman Legends(which I love). Though I've played it's spiritual predecessor Tail Concerto, which I also enjoyed.

The only thing that sucks is that it's so hard to find

I would love to see another Starfox game. And I see F-Zero was mentioned too. Both of which were on my list of fàvorite Gamecube games. Favorite racer in F-Zero was James McCloud, awesome tie in. Thought it was weird that they made him human though. Back to Starfox though. I thought Command had a good story (non-cannonically speaking of course) controls were pretty bad though. Buti would love to see a game that continued the main storylinestoryline.
