• Cutie Mark: A Lightning Bolt with wings Storm is fast. she loves moving quick but she also is extremely good at weather control most specifically creating lightning! she has used it before many times to get out of tight jams

• Personality: Storm runner is a top notch athlete with a nac for bending the weather to her will she is a bit cocky but it is well earned. she is highly street intelligent, scoring a 137 on her IQ exam she is also very short fused if somepony says the wrong thing to her they had better watch out. she is known to be a "first one into the breach" type pony often putting herself in harms way to help a friend

• Backstory: Storm Runner lost her parents when she was very young only about 12 she was put through the foster system until she broke out at 15 and lived her life on the streets. but she never stopped going to school and put as much as she could into her education believing it was the only way out of the life she had she graduated high school at 16 and graduated collage at 21 with a PHD in weather control.
