gaming Pokemon XY Gym Challenge - Shiny Eevees go to Champions

Let's bring this back. I'm back and available for battling again. At the moment, it looks as though the system's gonna be rather different than in the games. We're setting up to have a gym of every type, and the last four challenged will be your Elite Four. 

 

I'll update the thread again in a minute to bring you up to date with the new gyms and et cetera.

BTW, guys, if you want, I have all shiny starters, excluding Kalos.  If you run out of Eevees (which i doubt), feel free to ask me.  I've got a load.......and i mean 8 boxes of shiny eevees, and shiny starters combined. 

 

*blushes in jealously*.....every time i look at your eevee forms, its like, damn, if only there were a flying, steel, or ghost type of eevee evolution, i would display one of them, lol.   But, i rather stick to Diagla, since he's one of my favorite "Creation Trio" legendaries.

Photon Jet challenged the grass gym today for the Floret badge. The challenger used Quagsire, Tyranitar, Gardevoir, and Noivern, while the leader used Serperior, Torterra, Lilligant, and Venusaur. The challenger was not successful in defeating the gym.

Bolty challenged the Psychic gym just now for the Opium badge.  As the challenger she used Mawile, Politoed, Heliolisk and Lilligant, while I used Cresselia, Jynx, Gardevoir and Musharna.  She was unfortunately not successful in defeating the gym this time, but there's always tomorrow! <3

I'm afraid to say that I've been exceptionally busy, and a little bit sick lately. Haven't been keeping up with this thread like I should.

Sylveon challenged the Kabuki gym today. The challenger used Azumarill, Mawile, Florges, and Infernape, while the challenger used Furfrou, Heliolisk (I'm so happy he's normal type), Meloetta, and Staraptor. The challenger was successful in defeating the gym.

 

I forgot to save it, not that anyone watches them anyway. >.>

Bolty challenged the Psychic gym again for the Opium badge.  As the challenger she used Azumarill, Mega Scizor, Altaria and Togekiss, while I used Gardevoir, Jynx, Espeon and Chimecho.  This time she was successful in defeating the gym! <3

Trainers who defeat the Elite Four (once we have one) will be given a shiny Eevee. It won't be easy, though, so be prepared.

 

I am prepared with a team for battle, Is this challenge still going on?

It is, yes  Just pick whichever gym you would like to challenge first and have four Pokemon (no legends or repeat items and at maximum only one mega) ready to battle.  It's pretty late so you'll probably want to schedule a battle for later.

 Bolteon decided to be the first challenger to take on the bug gym today.  The challenger's Azumarill, Togekiss, Altaria, and Scizor were unable to beat the gym's Scizor, Pinsir, Volcarona, and Ninjask.

Awh, it's ok!  We'll be around for a while  As far as the rules go, it's pretty simple.  You can have six Pokemon in your team that you can choose from, and there can be no legendaries, only one mega allowed (no Mega Kangaskhan), and no repeat items.  You select four Pokemon out of your team for the battle; if you win, you have to use those same four Pokemon for the next gym.  If you lose with that team, then you can change which Pokemon you use.

I have one more class today, but it's over at 4pm EST.  I can battle you after that if you'd like to challenge the Psychic gym?

Huh, I've realized there is no Ground type gym open yet. Since that is my favorite type, I just thought I'd mention that at some point in the future I might have interest in opening such a gym.

As Sylveon mentioned, you also cannot use Uber pokemon. Pokemon in multiple tiers including  Uber (For example Whimsicott) may be used. Stuff like Evasion hacks are perfectly acceptable to be used. The Uber thingy only includes Legendaries, I believe, but don't quote me on that.

 

I believe we already have teams being worked on for every type at the moment. So yea.

Well, both the fire and fighting gyms use Blaziken, so I certainly hope he's ok.
