I'm going to be 31 in June, so knowing that there are other members in their 40's, and even older makes me feel less self conscious. Great... Leave the self conscious fretting to us old buggers why don't you. ... Snip... Interestingly the older bronies/pegasisters are all reasonably close in age, relatively speaking. I'm not entirely sure why it's clustered like that. Probably due to the explosion of cartoons on TV during the the late 70s and 80s Probably something in MLPFiM resonates with the shows of that time. Thundercats( colour coded talking animals that teach moral lessons ! Dr. Shrinker, Electra Woman and Dyna Girl, H.R. Puffenstuff... You know, every time I list off the shows I remember from when I was *little*, I realize how many of them sound like porn titles. Time starts flying once you get out of high school and are busy with "real life" LOL. But that was when I was (literally) a closet brony, so far in there that I found presents.
