In the solar system? If Earth isn't a choice, Mars is probably next best. It gets deathly cold in the middle of night, but daytime is bearable.

 

Outside the solar system? Which ever of the Earth-like planets we've discovered in the past however many years will do.

Ninja'd again. Today is just not my lucky day.

 

I'm not quite big enough to have any person live on me comfortably, so I guess the answer would have to be nobody.

 

So you and a select number of people are chosen to explore the universe. Assume time is no issue (because travelling the universe would take more time than anyone could ever hope to live through.) What is one thing you'd like to discover while travelling space?
