Nope, but on your previous question, it was supposed to be a cape, but when someone offered to draw my OC, it came out like that.

Well first off, he technically WAS a stable dweller, since cryostasis is stable-related (unless he found some random cryostasis pod in the wasteland). And secondly, they're likely just assuming that due to his a] fish-out-of-water look, and b] Pipbuck.
