Not a chance.

Immortality would cause me to carry some incredible burdens. Chances are I'd end up going into hiding. But maybe I would if it was for the good of humanity.

I'd like to live maybe twice as long, but definitely not be immortal.

Brain because that's the body part that's required for the others to survive. Plus, it's also the reason why humans are the dominant species.
