Here's some background info:

His cutie mark is a banana peel.

The peel represents his love for entertaining people, his clumsiness, and a hidden talent which I'll get to in a second

 

He's a very fun and excitable colt who likes to joke around and entertain people.

He loves cartoons and being as random as he can be.

Similar to Pinkie in some ways, although they've never met...yet

 

He also has a secret power which was the result of an accident during a school trip.

BACKSTORY: While in the alternate universe of Equestria Girls, Twilight discovers televisions and cartoons. She talks about it after her return and the concept grows in Equestria and is replicated with magic. This process is done in a factory which hosts a tour for a school in Baltimare. My character wonders off during the trip and is caught in the small blast of a malfunctioning television. The magical blast with the cartoons within results in him receiving the powers of cartoon physics(increase in speed, strength/resilience/elasticity, pulling objects out of nowhere, etc.). He then uses these powers and becomes a hero known as Randomonium.

 

That's all I have to say about him.

So the OC I'm wanting to create is going to be blue, white and gold. Her theme is celestial and she was inspired by Starswirl. Her talent will be along the lines of Astronomy. She will be an earth pony but with a natural talent to make her mane and tail glow (both her parents are unicorns). She is a cheerful pony who enjoys studying the stars. She works for a magic guild. Because she's not a unicorn so she runs errands for the guild and occasionally gets tasked to go and adventure out into creepy places to look for magical tomes and the artefacts.

their talent is their ability to examine the dreams of ponies, similar to what luna does except they don't physically appear in the dream.

they're fairly quiet and will only speak comfortably with ponies they know. they aren't mean, but can come off that way.

they enjoy playing obscure video games and has a small collection of them.

the name can be unisex, feminine, or masculine, it doesn't matter.

She's a writer and a reader.  She is very spacey brained and often spends more time writing fanfiction and making theories and head-cannons for her favorite tv shows and books than she does socializing with other ponies. But when she does socialize, she takes things way to far often finding boredom in the real world and attempting to make life as interesting as her stories. She's a fearless thrill seeker who will always get her friends in trouble, but when life gets tough or boring, she retreats to her fantasy world.
