Decided to post this here as I am going to try a new style or coloring, as well as wing style.
Little early for May Day and all that but Fluttershy looks cute with ribbons and a flower crown XD

 

Final Version

 

Edit: Altered her mane a bit.

 

 

Simple Outlines: Added some markers to the flowers.

Flat Color: I adjusted some of the canon colors.

Shading &Line: So soft, I also changed the rose color to yellow.
Yellow roses are, after all, the rose of friendship.

Your line work quality is pretty sweet.

Im terrible at line art in photoshop, I would have assumed it was Sai or Manga Studio. 

 

Anyway, nice work and can't wait to see the finished version.

Yeah digital paint is pretty difficult. lol

The funny thing is, I thought digital art would be so much easier but, it totally isn't. xD

 

Its a good thing pixels are cheep other wise, I would have wasted so much paper.

I would say that it is a bit to high up. Move it down a millimeters. It might just be that the whole face looks a little to realistic. But that is just me. I would not try to draw something of that style. But your drawing looks great.
