I'm thinking about getting rid of my cable TV service and setting up a rooftop antenna to be able to receive my local PBS station without having to use cable, as Classic Doctor Who is the only program I watch on linear TV nowadays and I have most of the content I'm interested in on physical media (VHS/DVD/Blu-ray) as well as streaming. Xfinity downgrading our plans without advance warning nor price decreases is the reason why as they've made it so I have to pay extra to be able to record more than 2 programs at once.

Ever since I had to replace our living room DVR last year (as the old one had a faulty HDMI port), they've been downgrading our DVR service. Somehow our DVR plan must not have carried over to the new box so we've been paying extra for a DVR plan we couldn't take advantage of this entire time.
