I'm not sure it was such a sensible thing joining Twilight's Soapbox, I respect people who joined it and I had meaningful exchanges with them about different topics. But focusing on the hardships people suffer that I can do nothing about is not helping my mood, or anyone else's. What doesn't help is certain controversial people shall we say, keep getting elected who represent people with bigoted views, which is why I lost faith in the law and democracy, it seems as history has shown repeatedly, people keep causing more problems than they solve, and I am sick of it.

 

I have now turned my attention to hobbies like my fan fiction. I need a healthier way to process my emotions than focusing on mundane and negative topics I do not have any power or representation to solve.

Insomnia is back, frustration with typos isn't helping either. I don't make them in every post, but when I do, and I have to come back to edit posts, grinds my gears. My declining eye sight is not helping either, I feel so hopeless right now.

When you do buy it and put it on, let it dry completely before you do anything. That stuff is almost impossible to get off and messes up easily.

I don’t have too much issue with it not being dry as I do it chipping same day. Even when I buy quality product and put something over top of it. Still chips.

Though I think Discord's redemption arc should've been dealt with better, I've taken the time to think this over some more. And you're right, leaving characters a stone statue for eternity would be dark and extremely cruel, whatever they may have done. I've discussed this in Twilight's Soap box when comparing real life politics to ones in MLP FIM.

 

There's a surprising amount of MLP fans who seem to hate on Princess Celestia, or at least, they seem to be overly harsh in their judgement about this character and how she deals with crime and punishment. I was wrong to float the idea of not redeeming villains as well. Ruling through fear and without compassion, would not reflect well on Princess Celestia's character and would show her to be an authoritarian with a might makes right attitude, which would be sending the wrong message like clinging onto bitterness, not finding healthier ways to process our emotions, if the story had continued beyond season 9, perhaps a redemption arc for Queen Chrysalis would've been interesting, but we have no idea how this would play out if Hasbro did this.

I think I should buy a new gas mask my old GP-5 gas mask is torn in some places and I had to seal the torn places with electrical tape. I have already chosen a new gas mask and I like the way it looks. This is a PMG EO-18 gas mask from military storage.
