Yes. I used the animation aspect of Photoshop to apply a gif into the sig, which makes the sig a gif itself. It is a tricky feature. Took forever to get used to it. 

 

As for my thinking of current, I am debating on getting a pizza. Haven't had one in a while actually.

I don't think PhotoScape X has that feature.
