You find this note right before you're about to hit the hay for the night. As you drift off to sleep, you find yourself walking into a rather large chamber with a massive pure crystal in the center. You are in what is known as...The Dream Chamber, where you can travel to any dream anywhere. In the dreams, you are immortal, but that doesn't mean you can still take mental damage (hint hint). 

 

BUT, in reality...a black mist has fogged everything, everywhere, leaving Ponyville and the surrounding regions. This mist is known to have a terrible effect...everlasting sleep. To make matters worse, if the victims aren't rendered from sleep with a certain cure in a certain amount of time, the mist will enter the mind, turning the dream chamber, into a terrible place filled with nightmares. Worse, Luna's heart will darken, turning her into Nightmare Moon. If you don't escape in time...you will be trapped...forever. 

 

It won't be a cakewalk. There will be times where your OC's morals will be tested, and their personalities pushed to the edge. It will require some critical thinking. 

 

The overall object in this RP is to find a way out of the dream chamber and back into reality. However, once your OC is awoken, the RP doesn't end. Your OC may and maybe will wake up disoriented. Maybe, it can even wake up insane. 

 

Some tips

 

1. Don't even try to wake yourself up in reality. Remember, the mist is keeping your OC in a super sleep.

2. Always pay attention to Luna. Keep an eye on her atitude towards OCs, as there may be hints about her heart darkening

3. There will be clues as the RP progresses. Keep them in your memory as they will come in handy to solve riddles. 

4. You may even encounter a canon character or two in a dream. They can offer some help, but remember, they are also affected by the black mist in reality. 

5. Your OC's personality can have an effect on a dream. Happiness has a positive effect, while anger and sadness has a negative effect, so be careful how your OC acts. However, it will make things interesting if a somewhat serious OC joined. 

6. As the RP goes on, a pureness percentage will be continuously updated. This keeps track of how pure Luna's heart is. Of course, it will start at 0%. If it hits 100%, Luna will automatically turn into Nightmare Moon. As stated on tip #2, keep an eye on Luna.

2. Just because your OC is immortal in dreams, doesn't give you the right to make them OP. 

3. No Mary-Sues

4. Romance is allowed but keep it clean

5. Keep swearing to a minimum

6. Alicorns are allowed as long as they are not OP

Luna was sort of a mentor and a mother figure to Blaze when he was a teen.

Should I forget that and pretend it didn't happen or would you mind incorporating it into the role play?
