How do you even draw Anthro?

I'm good at drawing ponies, like that one, but I have no clue on how to draw Anthro Ponies. I'm trying to make that as a building block for drawing humans. BTW, I did EQG very good on my first try.

Male pegasus, black coat, spikey pink hair, blue eyes,blue bandana around his neck, his cutie mark is a raindrop with wings.

 

But if he is anthro, then he is wearing ripped jeans, a white tshirt, with a grey plaid button up that he never buttons ^^

Well, he is very full of himself, alwyas ready to prove that he is cool, or strong, or better in some way. But he is sweet, and a gentleman. He can get in fights easy, but only if its for a noble cause. He makes corny jokes, and he plays guitar, and he is kind to anypony who is kind to him, and doesnt tolerate bullies.

 

Hes all-around just a good guy, but he has a dark side as well.

Also, Shifter, the only male in the band is married to Scarlet's bestfriend, and Scarlet is their filly's godmother/guardian. So how is she with children?
