Marshmallow from Frozen vs Bane from Batman. Who wins?

 

Rules

Both are out of the kill

Bane has a day's worth of prep. He cannot recruit other villains people or take stuff from other villains

Bane comes in with full venom supply so he's roided up and ready to go

Marshmallow can transform as needed with his icicles

Marshmallow has a personal flurry so he doesn't melt

They are fighting inside Detroit

 

My bet is on Marshmallow ripping Bane in half due to superior strength feats.

Because, if Bane is in Gotham, he has a homefield advantage. Here, it is neutral territory and Bane still does have an advantage, being more nimble in close quarters. Also, I used a random city generator

Oh and in the scenario from the OP, Bane would win because he has a crazy super genius level intellect and you allowed him prep time.

 

Bane was smart enough to figure out that Bruce Wayne was Batman just by looking at him and he planned an elaborate jail break of all the criminals in Arkham, which caused Batman to become too over exerted, allowing Bane to just walk in and snap Batman's back. (Cheater!)

 

People seem to think Bane is just a bruiser. He's not.

Off the top of my head? Prepare some sort of a trap. Preferably one involving a lot of fire. You don't need superpowers to make a big fiery explosion.

Fair point. Marshmallow does have a personal flurry so he can't melt though. Still, an explosion would blast him to pieces and give Bane time to...IDK, scatter the pieces so he doesn't regenerate?

I don't think the flurry would protect him from the heat. I see it as sort of like air conditioning, so has it's limits and it's not going to do anything against a sudden burst of heat like that. Ice melts really fast if made to be real hot real quickly.

 

Don't know if he can regenerate or not. Does he do it in the movie?

Well, he was knocked off a cliff and had his leg cut off but by the end of the movie, he was fine. He's like Olaf in that they have no vital organs, therefore, they ca pull themselves together.

Assuming he works on standard fare Golem logic, the snowlem only has so much magic in it that is used up like "stamina" to attack, withstand hits, and pull himself together.

Bane, on the otherhand, is a brilliant tactician and has a genius-level intellect, not to mention his ridiculous speed, stamina, strength, and regenerative abilities while on Venom (which he has a full supply of). The only thing the snowlem has is his ice shards (Bane has a high pain threshold AND regenerative powers, though) and his brute stength that, while impressive nonetheless for a snow montser, is literally no match for the 2-ton hauling Bane.

All he has to do, if he was toying with the snowlem, is just wear it out until it disintegrates.

 

He also does NOT give a sh*t about collateral damage.

With that prep time, he has undoubtedly rigged entire city blocks to blow. He can lure the nearly mindless snowlem into a trap with incredible ease and blow. Many people will die in the fight, but he won't lose a wink of sleep.

Not to mention if he overdoes (on Venom) he can lift even up to 4 tons and go into a straight-up berserk mode.

That place isn't exactly the best place to fight Marshmallow. It would be an enclosed space, giving Marshmallow a greater chance to stick Bane with one of his icicles

You're basing the ENTIRE MATCH out of something he did, as a support character that appeared for a total of maybe 5 minutes, ONCE in the entire movie, while Bane has consistently shown that his strength is near metahuman in comparison? Not to mention, again, his enhanced speed and stamina.

It was mentioned that Venom, as a steroid, has regenerative properties during Knightfall.

It is not shown, but as it's explicitly listed as one of the benefits, it counts.

Cripple him. bane is a genius, he'll figure out just how long it takes for the ice cube to fully reform his legs and exploit it.

I'm going to go out on a limb here and say Bane is probably a much much better tactician and will probably be able to make his trap work without him having to blow himself up.

His silver tongue is without peer.

He can very EASILY get thugs to work for him out of fear or admiration, and using his extensive connections he can arm them with all kinds of weaponry and set them up at checkpoints to slow him down or even incapacitate.

It's Marshmallow's only feat, therefore, we go by it. He's fairly slow though to be fair(not Bane)

That is debatable. Spider-Man has regeneration too, but it's not combat worthy. It means he can heal a broken arm in a day, maybe the same thing will happen with Bane?

Pain threshold means nothing when an icicle impales your heart or lungs. Bane isn't strong enough to survive a head on brawl
