Lily nods, "It's not quite like a Zero,but as long as he knows the basic concepts of flight it should be alright. You see that clearing? We'll have transportation setting down there there in about... 2 minutes... She zones out, as if focusing somewhere else, "By the way, if you want to kill the intangible girl and her friend, they're about 3 kilometers north of here, still not moving by the looks of it."

"I hope it's a small plane. Or else we're going to be wasteful." Sayaa stretched, smiling. She liked not being about dead. It was much better than being about dead. "Of course, we could also carpool. It is an option, after all." She shrugged and rifled through her bag, finding a bread heal and chowing down on that with the rest of her cheese.

Misha looked to the rest, giving the phone number over to Lily since he wasn't going to be in the plane either. "Since I've got a few things I need to do, such as buying a better car. I'll be travelling by myself for a bit too. I'm sure one of you here already knows my phone number. So call me once things get figured out." He said looking at Lily before walking off back towards his car.

 

It was a decently long walk back, but soon enough he had arrived back where he started. He opened the door to his car and flung his hat into the back seat, dropping his gun and holster and picking up a wooden cane with a odd flintlock pistol grip handle instead. He popped the trunk and pulled out a shoe box. He exchanged his boots for a pair of brown leather Oxford dress shoes and then finally entered the car. "That's better, muuuuuuch less bulky." He commented before he put the car in drive and started back off for the city until he heard back from the group. Once he did, he ditched the car, taking only the cane and his cell phone with him besides the clothes he already had on.

Lily shrugs, "It's both small and large. It's a decent size, but the engines were a design of mine that improved the thrust to fuel consumption ratio by approximately 200%. I could bore you all with the technical details, but I don't think anyone is interested. Anyway, transport is here for anyone who needs it, and you all have my number, just call me when you figure out where we're going." Her plane lands in the clearing with a roar, and she starts walking toward it.

Hikari lands on the ground near her car, taking out her keys as she approached the door and got in. She revved up the engine and drove off towards Novarius, a heavily guarded city with enough firepower to take down even the best espers and magicians. "As long as we don't cause any trouble, it's one of the safest places to stay in." She told herself as she headed towards the city.

Misha walked throughout the city before he finally found what he was looking for, a luxury car dealership. He walked in by himself and returned about ten minutes later driving a black Bentley Flying Spur W12. He parked the car at the side of the street and waited for the phone call. Humming himself a tune as he did so.

It was starting to get really dark as the sun disappeared off in the distance. Hikari realized that it has around three hours since she left Lightlyn Mountains when she approached Novarius. "I guess I should text the others about where this safehouse will be located at." She mumbled to herself as she grabbed her phone and created a chatroom for the gang to communicate with each other. Hikari sent invitations to all of them and posted 'Let's rendezvous at the safehouse located within Novarius.' and below that was an address which was located near the center of the city.

Sayaa wonders why the person with a plane needs a pilot, how the plane got here without one, and Akira's ability with newer planes. And behind it all, she wondered if it was safe for her, considering she burned out. Regardless, she approached the plane.

As the two approach the plane, the cockpit doors open themselves. The plane looks somewhat like a normal small passenger plane, but with a twin-sear cockpit and strange looking engines that appear to glow a dull blue. Lily smiles at Sayaa, "I can fly the plane, and if I can see where it's going it can basically fly itself, but I still don't feel comfortable putting anyone else in the cockpit unless they know how to fly." She climbs into the cockpit and gestures for Sayaa to do the same.

Misha heard his phone ring and pulled it out, placing it on a phone holder by the stereo and putting it on speaker. He answered it as he turned the car back on and started driving off towards the meeting place that was designated on the phone. "I'm on my way, shouldn't be too long by my guess. Unless I get lost, after all this is my first time I've actually stepped foot in this country." He commented in the chatroom as he drove along the streets.

Sayaa gets in and puts on her headset. She had a vary elementary knowledge on flying planes, but she knew that Akira could be there in an instant in a life-or-death situation. She relaxes into her seat and eyes the different meters in the cockpit. She was ready.

Lily smiles, "Alright, let's get airborne..." She mentally activates the primary systems of the aircraft and it quickly begins to hover. After clearing the tree line, she turns one of the few analog switches in the plane and it goes back to its flight configuration. In moments they are flying over the countryside, their GPS locked on the coordinates Hikari sent.

"So, give me a rundown. I see the fuel gauge, the altitude meter, and the speedometer, but there's a lot in here I don't know about. Pretty much, I'm thinking don't touch anything." She watches the clouds, in thought, "I mean, if you care to share and such. It's up to you."

Lily shrugs and begins to point out various readouts and gauges on the plane, "Let's see... That's a multifunctional display that varies between showing our current flight mode, angle of attack, and thrust vector status, that's the uplink to the satellite network in case anyone needs to contact us, or vice versa, and that's a radio... Other than that, it's just various displays for systems I've latched onto... For example, your phone." She smirks and pulls up Sayaa's phone on the screen in the cockpit closest to the co-pilot.

Sayaa shrugs, "Alright. You can see my phone. I can assume you've already explored the embarrassing things. Since I don't do online trading, you can't tap that. Basically, you get to prank call the family I ran away from and search my message board history."

It took Zeke about 15 minutes, but after he departed from the group, he traversed the mountainous terrain and reached the gravel road where he parked his car. He popped his trunk and tossed his pack in the back, only keeping the jug of water. He then entered the driver side of the car and placed the jug of water in his passenger seat. Right as he sat down he received a message on his phone (that was practically dead from the overuse of the led light.) The message was from Hikari that stated that the safe house is located in Novarius. It was only after he received the text message that he realized that he was still in possession of the key.

Wow, so this team trusts me so much that they would leave the key that we all just bloodied our hands over for with me? Zeke thought. I could just leave right now and try to do the rest of this on my own... But i got to remember what Vern said, it is dangerous to take up this quest in solitude. And the last thing I want is to have all those mages and espers I just met after me. Zeke smiled. Even though we are a motley bunch, we certainly do make a good team. I just question the methods of some of them, mostly Misha. I get the feeling that that man would massacre an orphanage of cancer patients and laugh maniacally while doing it if he was paid enough. Zeke shuddered. Well, I better start heading out to Novarius, and from what I understand, it is a few hours away from here. Zeke thought

Zeke put the key in the ignition of his Ford Taurus and turned it forward, igniting the engine. He then pressed down on the breaks and pulled down on the shifting lever putting it into reverse, backed around, then put into drive, and drove for the highway. The sun was beginning to set, and the clock read 7:00 pm. 

Oh boy, I am tired after spending all the energy, sure I got some sleep in the cave, but I don't know if I am going to be able to make it all the way to Novarius, I might have to stop and rest.

Hikari noticed that Misha joined the little group chat of hers, so she picked up her phone and texted "You got the address right?" She was still an hour away from Novarius since she was driving a bit slow. Hikari was a bit tired from all the fighting from the cave so she decided to take a rest near a small town near the outskirts of Novarius called Starfield. She drove her car up near a convenience store, got out, locked the door and headed inside to buy some snacks and refreshments.

Misha looked over to his phone, seeing that a message had been sent. "Yeah, should be there soon. So what exactly is this safehouse? A abandoned barn? Old Nightclub? Something of that sort?" He quickly typed back as he drove, not too far away now. He examined the scenery of everything to get a feel for where he was on the way.

Hikari wasn't sure if she should tell everyone about what was inside the warehouse since she remembered that there were things that aren't really allowed. She wasn't even sure if she's even allowed to use it for the time being. It wasnt exactly hers. the place belonged to a close friend and she hopes that he won't mind. "Well, it's just a semi-large warehouse for storage." She replied Misha briefly on the phone.

'Oooh, fun! Does it have super-awesomesauce-weapons-of-mass-destruction?' Sayaa texted. She knew the plane would not take much longer. She smiles and switches from the text group to the MLP app, with her 5 star Applejack, lower starred Pinkie and Twilight, and non-existent Rainbow Dash, Fluttershy, and Rarity. She gets her moneyz and logs off.

Misha simply replied to the text with the letter "K" as a final message. 

 

After a good deal of driving and three good swigs of vodka on the way, Misha had finally reached the place described on the phone. He looked out the window towards the place, examining to see if anyone else had arrived. But noticed he had been the first to arrive. He shut off the car and simply leaned back into his seat and closed his eyes. "Alright, I'm here. Seems I'm fast driver. But I can't say I didn't run a few stop signs on the way." He sent into the chat as he waited. Adding a winky face for good measure.

Hikari got back into her car with a bag of snacks and refreshments and continued her journey towards Novarius. She decided to drive a bit faster than usual so she could get to the safehouse before Misha decides to wander in by himself. 'I hope he's in a good mood.' She thought to herself about her friend who owned the warehouse. Hikari arrived and drove up to Misha's car which was parked right outside. "Hey!" She shouted over at Misha in her car.

Misha watched as Hikari drove up next to him. He rolled the window down gave a wave. "Good to see I'm not alone here anymore. Hopefully the rest arrive here soon." He commented as he leaned the seat back forward from his resting position. He looked over to the building. "Is this place completely abandoned, or will there be others in there?" He asked.

She wasn't sure if her friend is inside, since he comes to his warehouse to work on some of his questionable projects. "If there's gonna be anyone in it, it's gonna be someone called Mercury, or at least that's what he calls himself.." She replied before she got out of her car and slammed the door shut before locking the door. "Let's see if he's here." She said before she took out a card and swiped it at a card reader which beeped as the door opened.

Misha nodded as he turned his car off and opened the door. He exited the car and locked the door behind him. He followed Hikari over to the door, watching her open it while leaning up against the side of the building. "Considering the warehouse and the name, he kinda sounds like some sort of tinkerer or builder?" He commented as he waited for her to walk inside. "Ladies first." He added.

"Not exactly. He's a scientist and he can be quite.. Scary." She commented as she continued. "He also happens to be a level 5 esper but he tends to avoid using his powers and only for good, so don't worry." Hikari finished before she pushed the door open and entered. In front of them was a huge area filled with boxes that stacked high up. "Don't worry, this is just a decoy." She said before she went over to a hidden entrance that was hidden below one of the crates. Hikari pushed it away and unlocked the trapdoor which led to a flight of stairs down. "Pretty cool eh?"
