hey man i really like the concept here. I think the mixing can be improved a lot though i think maybe take away the sub from the kick, up to atleast 40hz coz most systems wont go that low anyway. and try experimenting to get those mids to come through more XD and dont forget those crispy highs that are buried somewhere in there. 

 

it has a lot of presents but maybe a boost around the 400hz to 500hz mark? thats sounds about right i think  

im no master of mixing but i think those are a few points most could agree on, well i at least hope so. 

 

also try switching it up a bit as well.

 

dont get me wrong though i dig this, tis a kool choon dude so keep making them musiks

Those are good EQ'ing recommendations ^. Yeah the rythm section here is very basic and sadly boring. There's no trobbing kick or snare, no great filters you'd see in a french house style. You have some good ideas at play here and the sample and vocals work together but you need to expand on them. I'd recommend a bridge section so you can avoid some of the repetition and have that inbetween the 2 repeats. Definitely a good start but don't be afraid to do a lot more work on it before its truly done.

It's an okay listen.

 

The one thing that's preventing me from liking this piece more is the lack of variance and transitions. It felt like you bumped some of those sections together, especially the part where you had the intro sweep out into a filter and replaced by a sudden different beat with that Pinkie Pie sample. As Freewave said, you have a good start, it just needs more work.
