Spider-Man, in any continuity, is leagues above Bane in any physical category. While Bane is smarter, that doesn't make up for the deficit (as Batman loses to Spider-Man, even though he's smarter than both Peter and Bane).

Bane might have the cunning tactics, mercenary skills, and frankly, I think that Spider-Man could have a good chance with him. Since, the Lizard didn't really do that good.

Every time Wolverine and Spider-Man fight, Spider-Man murks his ass

 

First time=Spider-Man pimpslapped him and Wolverine was down

Second time=Spider-Man bashed his head against a rock and could have killed him but chose not too

Third Time=Wolverine ends up pointing his claws at himself

Fourth Time=Spider-Man threw him out a window

Fifth Time=Wolverine lands a cheap shot because of Peter being distracted, even while bleeding, he managed to make Wolverine beg for mercy before passing out

1.i doubt he could've killed him, even if he tried. I believe Xavier has said that the only way to kill him would probably be to decapitate him and bury his head separate from his body.

1. Spider-Man is physically strong enough to tear off Wolverine's head. His bones may be adamantium, but his joints aren't

The only opponents that really give Spider-man a run for his money are characters who are as mobile/versatile as him as well as opponents who manipulate forces that are naturally hard to avoid (Electricity, Sound, Water).

 

The funniest bit is that Batroc the Leaper, a regular human who specializes in MMA, Athletics, and Parkour, is somehow able to go toe to toe with the likes of Spider-man and Captain America.
