Luna/Woona

Well i finally filled up my first sketchbook since new year. even though it took like 6 weeks or so. Was aiming for a month.  (ah well, happy i kept at it)

 

I did this mainly for alittle practice and abit of fun i guess, since it was last page on my sketchbook.

I did use a reference for it i found on google images. (I always feel bad for using a reference strangely.) 

 

 

I didn't have right colours but it turned out okay.    I think...

Yup! :3 I coulden't resist doing it. Really wanted to do something fun after all practicing i did past 6-7 weeks or so.

Plus the markers i got were new, so i was looking for an excuse to them mostly aha.

This was my attempt at cel shading and line work in open canvas 6 in trying to improve. (total newbie at digital stuff) Though it didn't turn out very well i don't think. xD

 

 

 

I used the same reference image i found in Google images for this as with the marker one.

 

Only difference with this one is that i traced the image to start with. I really hate tracing images as its something i don't do, but this was to practice with trying to get my line work smoother.

Afterward i followed alittle Cel shading tutorial. Though my knowledge with light/shadow is pretty bad.

 

Just wanted to know what you guys thought of the line and shading work mostly.

Also if anyone had alittle advice for improvement as i'm not too happy with it. xD
