Wow, I guess Silent Ponyville is finally complete. Normally I wouldn't feel so weird, but this is a series of fics that's been going since shortly after season 1 ended, and I've been following myself since November of 2011.
It's also one of the first major fan-fiction projects I started reading. It feels kind of strange and bittersweet seeing it come to a close, because it did have kind of a downer ending that let off on a bit of a disappointing note.

Everypony it.s the end of the day 11;38 pm at night to be exact so today was the premiere of season 4 so what did i think well i thought it was great but beyond that i can,t say much not because i don't want to or cant think of anything but because i am going to review it latter i am going to review every episode before the next one airs and don't worry if i miss one for a emergency i will do it the next day

I liked it, but it's hyperbole to call it the best two-part opener in quality. Instead of dissecting good and bad only, I'll only list and partially dissect what I liked and not, although the two will overlap.
What I liked:
The humor with Twilight not being able to fly. As annoying as the retcon is, it gave the spots nice humor. And at least her difficulty was solved at the end.

I have long wanted to do reviews of MLP:FiM. However, then it hit me that I could make a comparison and review blog shared with another series that got a fanbase much different from what was expected- certainly not as MLP, but still, W.I.T.C.H. has a sizable adult male fanbase. Also because I feel the W.I.T.C.H. cartoon gets a bit more flack than it deserves.
This blog will primarily deal with the cartoons, and once I've worked through them, I'll go for the comics.
