Duty Calls

I was going to do a voice com, but I dont think the only thing you'd want to hear is me laughing. Duty Calls (aka Call of Duty in a nutshell) is a Parody of Call of Duty to promote Bulletstorm

I cook!

I don't consider myself a superb chef or anything, but I do enjoy "experimenting" in the kitchen. Sometimes I can make things that are not too tasty , and sometimes I make things so delicious, I can't believe I even cooked them when I found out my food is good, I stick to my recipe and convert it into a signature dish of mine. This time I'm gonna introduce you my "cheese" mashed potatoes (because I couldn't think of a better name for it). However, my signature dishes are very few, I'm a "speci

The only thing I didn't like about Double Rainboom...

The only thing I didn't like about Double Rainboom was that Pinkie Pie didn't take Rainbow Dash to more parallel universes.     There, that's my review.   ---   Seriously though.   No matter how good something is. Someone out there will hate it.   Also opinions.   “Oh, it’s too original and weird.”   “Or oh it’s too normal and not original .”   What do you want people?

Firsty (PC build too)

Howdy everyone~! I finally decided to start a blog series. Starting today with a computer I worked on over spring break (unfinished still, but I'll be posting continuations, and more). I started at my apt during school, the case was finished at my parents house during spring break. Aimed at a pony theme build. March 21st: the case I bought came in. Decided in doing a Mini-ITX machine for a change. Right after I got it in, I took it apart with drilling the harddrive bay out of the case. Also b

"Double Rainboom" Review/Analysis

Normally, because it's a fan animation, I tend to be much more lenient in my comments. However, Zachary Rich helped produce this whole piece (along with 104 other people) with the intent to graduate from Savannah's College of Art and Design. This fan-made episode is out there to prove to everyone that he is ready to work in the professional field. Therefore, I'll review it as if it truly is a professionally published piece.   ———   This is a strong animated piece, with lots of action, charac

Dimitri's reviewing of reviewing reviews

What...? What'd I say?   I don't know, I didn't sleep well last night so I'm a little air headed now       I should review things, because my opinion matters. I'm literally better than everyone on here, so.....yeah... (Psst....It's sarcasm)   In all honesty I wouldn't mind giving my extended and I'm pretty sure pointless opinions on certain things. Preferably literature and the arts, though I wouldn't mind switching it up and talking aimlessly about anything else. Hey, I'm from the USSR

2002 Review on Spider-Man (c)

Here is my review on the classic 2002 Superhero film by Marvel: Spider-Man 2002 ©   The filming and the movie takes place in New York, more specifically Manhattan. The movie in my opinion, was good for my childhood and it really changed my opinion on superhero films.   The film itself, is really good especially when you have the classic Green Goblin vs. Spider-Man battles.   The crew goes like this: Green Goblin/Norman Osborn - Willem Dafoe Spider-Man - Tobey Maguire Mary Jane - Kirst

Firebolt's Review of Double Rainboom

If you haven't noticed from the text below, the reviews are getting a revamp! For the best, of course. I will only now be doing episodes which I either think are amazing which were not well-received, or episodes I didn't like that everyone else seemed to. Which means that even though I loved Magic Duel, and would love to talk about it, I won’t due to majority of the fanon liking it. Judging by what I'm reviewing now, you can probably tell this won't only be consistent to episodes.     Luckily

Double Rainboom Review

So, we've all gone and watched FlamingoRich's biggest project, Double Rainboom, right? Everyone seems to have varying opinions on it, yet only mine matters, so sit down and shut up.   ...   Nah, I'm only joking. I just wanted to let everyone know what I thought, because I know deep down inside, everyone cares about my opinion. No joke. So, let's begin.   CAUTION: SPOILERS AHEAD   Animation   So, the animation. Personally, I haven't seen many pony videos, but this was the best animation

My thoughts on Double Rainboom

Without further ado, here are my thoughts on Double Rainboom.   I really enjoyed the animation because, it really appealed to me when I got to saw Lauren Faust's old works on the cartoon shows that I used to watch as a kid. Even though the plot and story were pretty well, nonexistent I wouldn't worry too much about that.   But, whoever didn't see it yet. Ignore this.   Overall, I would say that I give it a 9.0/10

I've Found My Favorite Super Mario World Remix EVER.

This is saying something, guys, because I've heard a lot of remixes. A lot. Like, this guy deserves a medal or something, because this song is amazing. It has been stuck in my head ever since I found it a few hours ago, and I've decided to share it with everyone like the kind person I am.   Anyway, here's the link. Remember to give the guy a like or something, because, as I have stated, DIS SONG IS FREAKING AMAZING. SRSLY. LAIK, STAHP REEDIN DIS AN GO LISSEN 2 DA SONG. www.youtube.com/watch?

C.Discord's Thoughts on Double Rainboom

Been a horrible, horrible blogger the past few months; almost nothing at all going on. I'm afraid I simply haven't found the interest or time to write out any more DeviantART art review pieces, and I also never get around to blogging about anything else. Who knows, maybe that can change soon.   In the meantime, here's a blog referring to my thoughts on the long-awaited installment of Double Rainboom, the first full-fledged MLP:FiM episode created by the fanbase.   Enjoy and whatnot~   Sou

I don't get sports games.

As a person who collects gaming stuff, sports games have always baffled me for quite a few reasons.   For example, why do they need to release slightly-tweaked versions of them what seems like every five seconds? Go to the store, it's [generic football game title here] [year here] all the time. Go to a local game store and there's shelves of sports games on every platform, usually gathering dust. It's a common thing among collectors to be like "eh" when it comes to sports games. I mean, there

Double Rainboom: My Thoughts

So, normally, I’d take the time to write up an extensive review, give you a great deal of thoughts about the plot and its various intricacies, as well as all of that good stuff.   But for once, I can’t, because there’s nothing to analyze. The sad truth with Double Rainboom is that it has no plot to speak of. The characters are mere shadows of their true selves, barely present at all. When they speak, they sound like one dimensional stereotypes. There’s a completely unnecessary and absurd cross

Why Double Rainboom was the coolest thing since sliced muffins.

Hey all! Before Season 3 ended, I used this blog to do analyses of MLP episodes. Welp, now I'm going to do one on Double Rainboom as if it was just another episode of MLP. Kind of.   So, what was so awesome about this?   Let's start with the obvious.   1) First brony fan episode! *squee* This, truly, wins on principle. The idea, the very idea that we as a fandom could get together and make something just as awesome as our source material shows that we have reached a new pinnacle in creati

Going Through Some Well-Known Creepypastas

Alright then here it is, my opinion on each of these creepypastas that are well-known   Slender: This....oh come on this must be a total joke to the world of horror. Slenderman isn't even that scary looking himself, he actually kind of looks cool if you ask me. The game is just plain boring and completely over rated, actually everything about the Slenderman is over rated, other than having a cool character design, there's nothing else that's interesting. 3/10   Secure Contain Protect: Hmmm.

Random Updates

Meh, been some time since I last made an update so I figured why not.     So I got assigned as a Community Steward. The reason for that is my involvement in a still secret project so not much about this.   I launched CanterlotLibrary, a website I had in mind at some point. It isn't complete yet, it still got a year to stand before being pulled. It's still being developed and I plan on redesigning it at some point.   I started playing the Piano again. This is strange

My brother, the alcoholic, partying, addictive personality of a man, told me over the phone yesterday that he found his dream girl. Told me he wants to marry this woman, and personally I feel like he's just joking with me. He's in his thirties and I've known him all my life obviously.   There's almost no way he'd fall in love with a girl here in Alaska. He knows almost everyone in the town we live in and I haven't seen him be in real love. He's the kind of guy who is what the Americans call a

A Serious Question for Christians Opposing Gay Marriage

In all ways I respect your objection to gay marriage; you are simply following the doctrines of your church, and not making exceptions. That is agreeable.     HOWEVER, divorce is ALSO considered a sin in the eyes of God, is it not? And so, if divorce is too a sin, why don't Christians oppose that?   I know what you'll say. "But we do oppose it." Do you? Because actions speak louder than words.   According to this link: http://www.divorcerate.org/, "The divorce rate in America for first ma
