Perhaps, some level of balance is required between east and west, and that balance has very much been "tipped" towards the west in recent years.

I wouldn't say that China is forced to side with Russia. I would rather say they choose to do so. They have enough Asian buddies to fill their resource coffers if they need to.

I rather see an ideological resemblance as well as having similar political interests.

Not very well optimized right now, I can run it on medium pretty well 95% of the time. My graphics card is about 4 or 5 years old now. Liking it so far, but I'm only doing the singleplayer until the bugs are worked out in multiplayer. Sounds good!

I have a 1060 in my machine, so I can hopefully run it well. If I can deal with ARMA's optimization, I can probably deal with that ones too.

So what other games do you tend to play ?

I have a 770 Superclocked. XD I run Arma pretty well most of the time.

I've been takin' a break on and off. I can't seem to now bring myself to come back full time like I used to be. It was fine till I left the big clan I was in. Then I just lost all interest.

I wat that way for a while, went back and forth with clan wars with RUS. Spent about 6 months in DRUZH playing a few games on weekends. Since DRUZH has become RUS-2 though I might pick things up again, and I'm so close to finishing the Soviet Tree.

I used to be constant while I was in the Rel-2, then the clan fell apart and everyone got moved to Rel_3. I got fed up with the commander and left and my interest dropped. I went through a couple pony clans but they just, weren't competitive like I was hopin' and my lack of playin' didn't help. If i'd have kept interest i'd probably already have finished my Leopard 1, FV4202, Object 263, FV215b, and the "DeathStar" grinds already.

Land is a wonderful thing when it can take the place of an army, part of the reason the Kingdom of Italy wanted to avoid a war with Nazi Germany was because the mountains that separated the country was some nasty battle ground. WW1 taught the Italian and German militarises how horrific it was as the rocks from the mountains acted as additional shrapnel to already devastating blows.

When I say poor optics it's because Russian tanks had cloudy glass and very poor vision because of the use of periscopes instead of proper cupolas

Not the mention the speed of the Tigers turret played a huge factor on its combat effectiveness, it wasn't much of an attacker, more of a excellent defender. Plus it was a huge drain on the Nazis resources to make and keep running, mainly due to just about all of Nazi Germanys industry was bombed to oblivion with no hopes of repair.
