      "Hey, young lady! What's your name? I'm Clark! What's your name?" over and over and OVER.

      He even drive in front of me in his car and kept chanting the same thing, "What's your name? I'm Clark!"

      He was in at least his 40s. 

      So, not just catcalled... APPROACHED.
