    Thinking about how grateful I am to have made such wonderful friends here on the forum. Sure, when I went away for a year and a half and lost my closest friend here on the forum, I was... upset. But, now, I have new friends, and I can smile once again. Not to mention, I have a wonderful girlfriend.

      I've found biphasic sleep to work well, schedule-permitting - 3 hours of sleep in the night and 5 in the evening or afternoon.
