Doc was banned for more than just that comment. He was banned for persistently displaying contempt for the rules and community.

As for you, Serbon, you were told multiple times to cease the fascist jokes. There was more to your warning than simply posting lyrics (Panzerlied is not a Nazi song by itself, but the context made it very clear what your intentions were). You may file a moderator dispute if you feel that your warning was unjustified, but calling a moderator out in public is not the way to go.

I don't have a choice. But my first year of Latin is almost over and I only have to survive the second year and I'm free! I'll probably finish with a B (4) however, if the teacher decides to be a jerk she'll lower it to C (3).
