    I swear something's up with Vegas Pro 12. Not only is it crashing a lot these days, but now it's taking over 4 hours to render a 6 minute video. Not impressed at all.

    Um... i know all that. It's pretty simple stuff. And i agree, the running gag was a good one. It seems like i didn't word my post correctly, because i was aware of the stuff you're explaining. Rest assured, i'm not that blind. I'm one of those people who believes that mlp doesn't need the mane six to have relationships. Though of course, i was just being tongue-in-cheek with the "NOPE" thing. I wouldn't really care if they went ahead and made it canon, as long as they did it smartly. Also, those bullet points were a recollection of my first impressions, which are a couple of months old now. Since then, i heard about the "no flash sentry in season 4" thing, so that bugbear was put to rest. TL;DR: You're preaching to the choir, my good man. It was poor wording on my part, but that's about as far as it goes.

    I'll never understand why people have a problem with a pony not displaying their element 100% of the time. Their elements shouldn't define who they are as characters. The element of laughter can still get sad. The element of kindess can still get mean and angry when pushed. The element of loyalty can still pick and choose her battles if she wants. (She chose 'save cloudsdale' over 'wander this maze') The element of honesty can still lie (granted, she expresses great discomfort and awkwardness when doing so) The element of magic still has much to learn. So... i don't see the problem with Rarity. The element of generosity happens to like fashion, and she happens to be a business pony. I'd be crazy to not expect selfish behaviour. It's natural. Plus, she's a good friend, so her off-moments are water under the bridge anyway. BronyPony said it best, he hit the nail on the head.

    I hate how the entry bar for a new status is directly above a status comment chain. When i try typing a reply, i ALWAYS accidentally make a new status, because i put it in the new status box, instead of clicking the "add comment" part (which is tiny, by the way). Design flaw IMO.

    Can't believe youtube is trying to make you use your real name when commenting, due to the linkup with Google+. Ummm... what about those of us that don't give a shit about Google+ and only want to use youtube with our usernames that we've had for years! Ever heard of personal privacy? Ya jerks! Seriously..... imagine if we were suddenly forced to use our real names on forums like this. Terrible. The usernames are part of the fun.

    Technically, he already did. While they were falling in "Secret of my Excess", Spike started to tell Rarity about his crush on her. She put her hoof over his mouth while fighting back tears, and they exchanged a smile. I think it's safe to say that she knows. After that episode, she begins calling him Spikey-wikey, and the two are noticeably closer. She's also the one most desperate to stop Spike leaving in "Dragon Quest", and she gets more heated than the others while defending him against the dragons. If anything, the ball is in Rarity's court right now. Spike has made his intentions quite clear already. Rather than hoping for another confession from Spike, we should hope for a response from Rarity. She needs to give him a definite answer sooner or later. If they've really become so close, then she should realize the cruelty of leading him on.
