I'd like to think that I'm a very patient person, but after paying that much and only getting bits and pieces of what was promised at the con, I have to respect your patience and understanding.
At the very least though, I hope they'd at least give you an apology and maybe something a little extra for the time you shouldn't need to wait. It is the first year of the con, and I think it's people like yourself that really show the most support and believe in its success by supporting it with the highest pass tiers. A 3-day pass is a good deal of money to many people, myself included, so a big bad membership totalling more than the last three laptops I've owned combined is... yeah, you don't even think about something like that.
I really hope they come through soon for both you and Silver Letter on this!
