Alright so here is the story from today, I woke up this morning and did a Pinkie File about an hour after being awake, like usual not too many changes, hoof appearance, heard Pinkie's voice while doing it and had a little fit of laughter once I was done. Not much then but some weirder stuff happened just later today. I went to visit a friend today since he had surgery to fix something in his arm and as I was leaving on the drive home I put on some Eminem like I will do a good chunk of times, but today it was odd, my gut for some reason wasn't liking the music and just did not feel great. As I got closer to home I put on some more uppity music and had the urge to dance, odd for me, and when I got out of the car I heard the horn of an Ice Cream truck in town that I haven't heard in months and perked up a little and got a slight tingly feeling in my body. Just some weird coincidences I thought.

Tried the Rainbow Dash file tonight, thought the physical changes were stronger than when I tried Fluttershy's but still really not much mental change, how long does it usually take before you can see marked mental change?

I think Im going to switch my path, I have been trying to do Fluttershy but think that her personality and mine might be too far apart. So Im thinking I'm going to move onto Rainbow Dash or Pinkie. Would look at Twilight cause like her I care a lot about my studies and am a little introverted but wouldn't want that all intensified. Im also pretty similar to Rainbow Dash in some ways, but could be a little more of an extrovert like her, which is also why I am considering Pinkie, just need to choose between them. Also for anyone who's gotten pretty far into the hypnosis, how much of a change is there when you are outside of the triggered state, cause if I do choose between Pinkie and Rainbow I am worried that it could affect me negatively, education wise which would not be good with me starting college.

Did the Fluttershy file again tonight, can definitely tell it starting to have a stronger effect on me. It is affecting me more physically I believe than mentally yet, trying to walk to the bathroom was a chore had to do it on arm and leg, still hoping a more developed mental part comes soon, not sure how long it should or will take.

Tried to do the FS file again this afternoon, felt it a bit physically but got too distracted by the background noise in my house to get there fully mentally, going I try again tonight.

No I couldn't remember posting anything when i woke up, it was crazy. First time i tried self Hypnosis, only other times I've been hypnotized were with a real hypnotist.

So yeah I tried the FS file for the first time last night, and saw I posted here. That experience was pretty cool and Im going to try the FS file for maybe the next week and than reset & try the PP file, excited to see what happens.

Closet Brony not sure that anyone who knows who I am knows I am one. Would like to be an artist but not entirely sure where to get started or what medium I would do.
