    Happy Birthday, my friend. :pinkiehappy::blue_baloon::balloon:

  2. Hello there, my crowd! Welcome to my Weekly Musings: Orange Edition. :mlp_icwudt:

Hey there, my crowd! 1924178.png Ever wish you had a pet chicken or a pet duck?

sun.png.8ab21d7000bfb88f283da8c5e2f104cc.png So I guess the biggest highlight of my week was fixing some damage on the side of my mother's house. It was a slightly bigger project than I though, but once I got going, it got done. I even got a saw out of it! I also bought a little medicine basket. I'm not quite old enough for a Sun-Sat pill sorter, but having my regular pills in one place does help. :twistnerd:

twi.png.f9a8f7839a12a89136cd0641ade8efb0.png [ 1 / 2 ] This was the week where I got to try different kinds of sodas! They are both "healthier alternatives" to regular soda; filled with probiotics and natural ingredients. First, I tried Poppi, "Classic Cola" flavor. Since Pepsi bought the rights to it, I wanted to try it before Pepsi does anything to it. I was afraid since it has Apple Cider Vinegar as one of its ingredients, but it was actually pretty good! The flavor was halfway between a Coke and a Pepsi, so I can see why Pepsi bought the rights. The color was a light caramel. Not enough carbonation to get that deep fizzy feeling, but there is still some there. If it were me, I might drink this every weekend! :raritystarry:

sun.png.8ab21d7000bfb88f283da8c5e2f104cc.png [ 2 / 2 ] The next one I tried is called Olipop, "Vintage Cola" flavor. Despite being a probiotic soda with a similar art style on the can, it tastes different. The amount of carbonation is a little weaker, the color is darker, and it has a sour flavor that I was afraid of. Which is ironic, because Olipop does NOT have Apple Cider Vinegar, yet it tastes like it does. I have no idea what is causing that sour taste. I can't even compare it to any of the major brands, it just tastes like one of those skunky generic brands. But I will say this... DO NOT DRINK THESE SODAS BEFORE BED! I made the mistake of drinking one a short while before bed, and since I didn't give it a chance to properly digest, it nearly kept me up all night. :fluttershysad:

twi.png.f9a8f7839a12a89136cd0641ade8efb0.png Apparently, Japan is going to try their knack at another Transformers cartoon; this time in CGI. I am not too impressed right now. Not only does it look too kid friendly, but I wish Japan would stop trying to make Optimus into a Megazord. He doesn't need to be a rainbow-colored combiner. :rainbowhuh:

sun.png.8ab21d7000bfb88f283da8c5e2f104cc.png MOVIE TIME! icon?1379626399 Not sure how I forgot to mention this, but I saw the Justice League: Crisis on Infinite Earths animated trilogy. For those that don't know, this is the conclusion to a series of animated movies that DC has been making. I have not seen every adaptation of this story, so I might not be capable of fairly judging it. The good thing is that you don't necessarily need to see all those previous animated movies, but it would help. Second, there are some good moments in it here and there. However, this trilogy is a slow burn, and the first movie confuses you since they don't tell things sequentially. They really should have tried tell it in 1 or 2 movies instead. It doesn't get really good until the third movie, where we see homages to other animated DC properties, including Kevin Conroy's famous last recording as Batman. I did find it ironically funny how they referred to the multiverse as a cancer that shouldn't be. :fimyay: Yeah, it's not bad, but not as epic of a finale as I was hoping for. The comics probably did it better for the most part. I'd say only watch it if you're really interested or all ready invested in this animated universe.

twi.png.f9a8f7839a12a89136cd0641ade8efb0.png Sonic Boom S2 24-27: Requiem for Robots. 256x256.png So the Morristown (now Roboken) special is over, complete with unaddressed civilian death! It's strange to see such an action-packed story with actual steaks and continuity, almost to the point where this might spoil me. Guess we'll have to see. The hotel episode is just weird, and I couldn't help but think of Hotel Mario the whole time. I knew it was only a matter of time before one of the Sonic characters befriends an Eggman robot. Never thought I'd see the day where Sonic is tired of chilidogs. Also, I do think the writing is getting over all better.

That's it for now, my crowd. :coolphoto: Take care, and make a list of your priorities.

I know nothing about this game; I've never played it. And yet, I want to make this. This is "Fortnite Slurp Juice (ft. Penguiz0)" by More Nick.

    Don't chain these wheels! :ajsmug:
The year is 2008, and I absolutely love it when Sentai and Rider have this kind of contrast. Despite what you might have seen on RPM, Go-Onger is actually a lighthearted, charming, eco-friendly show with a comedic twist. This is also the year that introduced the world to Project.R, a band with a rotating list of vocalist. It became the official band of Super Sentai for a long time; the R being short for Ranger. Meanwhile, Kiva is bring the seriousness with a gothic flare and a story about how a previous generation has affected the current one. Also, Kiva gave spotlight to a new band called Tetra-Fang, a band that sadly ceased to be after the show was over. So what sounds more appealing to you, racing super heroes with talking car companions, or a heroic vampire with a heavy past? Either way, both of these shows were great!

Boom Boom, Bang Bang, Beating Heart, my crowd. :coolphoto:

For the most part, I am a Classic, though sometimes I use a fork or grab multiple fries, depends on how hungry I am or what kind of fries I'm dealing with. If I have a good sauce, I'll always dip. Never drizzle. :ajbemused:

  6. Ready for fun? Here's Rhyming 101. This first and most popular is called an End Rhyme. Everyone tends to do it. Happens all the Time. This next one's no Riddle, they call it A-to-B. You rhyme what's in the Middle, then the ends as you can See. This one's A-to-A, listen what I Say. If there's another Line, B-to-B is the Design. Internal Rhymes are Challenging, it's advanced Weather. Rhyme the internals Together, then the end with the Beginning. A rhyme scheme can be Continuous, Deciduous, Ambiguous. Sorry if it's Monotonous, Conspicuous, or Mellifluous. But don't get Nervous; just be proud of Us for being Marvelous. There might be other lessons that I forgot to mention... But the rest is up to you. Practice rhyme comprehension.

Hello, my crowd! I have been feeling kind of sick these last few days, so forgive me for the late update. 1924175.png

bmc.png.dead4df5641294b1d1c51b1da6cdaeeb.png Let's talk about the big things. My weekend was so busy! I recently got a haircut and some new tech. I got a coffee maker that can do tea, k-cups, and more. An awesome multiuse device! Second, I went through some trouble getting a new wifi beacon. I bought an off-brand that works well, but didn't want to cooperate with my pre-existing equipment, so I had to get my money back and pay a little more for a matching name-brand beacon. It stinks because the off-brand stuff was 2 beacons for the price of one, but thankfully one is all I really needed. I also installed a new shoe rack for my mother, and helped my uncle install a new top for his jeep. :applejackunsure: ...It was very heavy, and my muscles are quite sore.

cel.png.932df6a068796c2120797b896cfae033.png Last week was a strange week for pop culture. Anyone remember when a live action Powerpuff Girls TV show was announced then canceled because of negative backlash? Well the trailer for it was leaked online. And yeah, like everyone said, we dodged a bullet. :unsuresweetie: I swear, I've read fanfiction that is just as pessimistic as this. That doesn't make the PpG better. By comparison, the animated reboot looks like a masterpiece. It's still a dull mess of a show, but I'd rather watch that instead of whatever this live action garbage was suppose to be.

bmc.png.dead4df5641294b1d1c51b1da6cdaeeb.png Sonic Boom S2 20-23: Robotic References! 256x256.png I actually liked the robot employee episode! And then the Morristown saga begins! I know these robots were coming, but I was not expecting a multipart story. I have more thoughts, but I will save them for the conclusion of this story. For now, I just want to enjoy the moment. And I am glad other characters from previous episodes, like Friendbot, showed up for this.

That's it for now, my crowd. :coolphoto: Take care, and choose carefully.

Gotta love the noire swing jazz. I seriously need more of this band. This is "Zip Gun Bop" by Royal Crown Revue.

    Hey everyone!

My usual weekly update is going to be a little slower than usual. Sorry for the delay. Life just happens. But it's on the way soon, promise. :raritywink:

    Stay awesome, my crowd. :trollestia:

  13. So true. I haven't seen a more stressful, dramatic situation since the Chocolate Pilk incident of... this month.
