Trilby looks around at all the contestants, surprised to see so many. Some seem to be traveling long distances. Some seem to know each other. And one of them has a... talking croissant? "...And now I'm hungry again." Trilby comments to himself. "Fantastic! I advertise my hat store, and you get all the talent. Thank you so much, partner. I'll be sticking by you for the most part, but I do want to mingle with the talent. And hey, if you ever need an intermission or half-time show, let me know! I can always put something together for the crowd while the talent gets ready." Trilby gives Dynamo a wink and a nod before going off to explore the venue.

Trilby adjusts his collar and then looks Dynamo over. "Hmm... You seem familiar. Were you ever in Las Pegasus? Jazz Fest '03? Or maybe we met at Zelda Con that one time in Fillydelphia? Eh, it doesn't matter. Look, let's just stick together, kid. We'll go places. Your contest will make my business look good, and maybe my business will bring in more ponies to the event. It's a win-win. My sponsorship helps us both out!" Trilby pats his head. "...Taking part? Oh no, no, comedy is not my strong point. I'm here to advertise, that means I get to be part of the panel of judges. I doubt any pony would find me funny anyways." Trilby rubs the back of his neck with visible self-doubt. "...But hay! Since you asked, there are a few variations of a ball cap. Most have a round or tapered dome. Great for kids, but not always so great for adult ponies with bigger heads. Fully domed just means the dome, or crown, is more full. Typically, you see full domes on trucker hats, but you can find them in a number of sports caps. And by the way, do you like a flat brim or a curved brim? Everypony has their own preference on that." Trilby begins to rattle on. Once someone gets him talking about his passion for hats, the flood gates open!

Again, that's Trilby Hatter's Headwear Emporium! Ask about our two-for-one deal, for a limited time only." Turning the mic off, which doesn't seem to be attached to anything, he pats Dynamo on the shoulder. "Don't question it, good sir, just roll with it. Trust me, we both need this sponsorship right now. By the way, how set are you on hats? Ever considered a fully-domed snapback?"

Hello, my crowd! Ever break something immediately after fixing it?
Really not much to talk about in these past two weeks. I thought my mother wanted to get a bookcase, but she decided not to this time. She will be getting an operation soon, so she decided she wanted to focus more on that instead. Which is totally fair. 
Lots of trailers this week! The newer Superman trailer is basically the same, but now with robots. Apparently, there is going to be a new season of Phineas and Ferb. The Five Nights at Freddy's sequel looks better than the game it is based on. Tron Ares is a prime example of how you do reverse isekai correctly; because I am so hyped! And the one you all want to know about... My thoughts on the Nintendo Switch 2. I am not happy about it. I think Nintendo is making a mistake by not making their console the cheapest one on the market. I think they are making an even bigger mistake with all the other ways they are trying to farm money, including the sky high prices of the games. I feel like there are some features in the console that could have been cut if it might help lower the price, but I doubt that will change. What has the best chance of changing is the games. We are the consumers. We vote for what we support with our wallets. If necessary, we can withhold our support until Nintendo makes their products more affordable.
Sonic Boom S2 28 & 29: The saddest misfits. 
Glad they actually did something with that original digital super villain. Eggman inventing a Mombot is just... creepy. Yes, I know, not a lot of episodes this time around. I forgor.
MOVIE TIME! I recently saw both Puss In Boots movies, the original and The Last Wish. While both have key differences, I can easily say that either one of them are better than the original Shrek movie. There, I said it. I deeply enjoyed both films! Though to be honest, I enjoyed Last Wish just a bit more. That art style was so good, I can really see why people want the new Shrek movie to be done in this style. I wish I knew the story why these movies are such amazing stand-outs. I'm not use to spin-offs being this good! If there is ever a 3rd movie, I hope it's equally good.

I always enjoy it when a band can just not take themselves so seriously, including heavy metal bands. Weird Al would be proud of this. This is Metallica making a mockery of their song "Enter Sandman" using classroom instruments, with the help of Jimmy Fallon and The Roots.
