    In the song, there seems to be two versions, both having a change revolving around Sunset's solo line. In one, she sings "And before these games are over", and in the other, "Before these games are finally over". Also, the latter version has more clear, less cartoony singing as well as boosted bass ("You've got nothing on us" sounds more heavy metal than the former). Anyone notice this?

    Have you heard This Day Aria, Bats, a Changeling Can Change, Unleash the Magic, The Midnight in Me, Embrace the Magic, Stand for Everfree, Find a Pet, I'll Fly before? I mean to each their own but all of those are full musical numbers with a lot of effort put into them unlike the S1 Pinkie numbers or the EG/RR songs.

    Yes, 3D sucks on a lot of films, but this one could really utilize it well. With the amount of action and interesting environments sure to be in the film, 3D could really submerge (no pun intended; get it?) you into the world of Equestria.

    Steelers vs. Patriots: The battle between two of the great franchises. There is drama surrounding Antonio Brown currently which might be a distraction. If the Patriots can contain Le'veon Bell, they win in a thriller. Packers vs. Falcons; Two elite offenses, two banged up secondaries, two hurt WRs. However, unlike Ryan, Rodgers can consistently make magic happen. Packers win:

    1. There's a thing called advancement in technology and higher budget. Otherwise every 2D Disney film would be animated in flash. So I don't buy at all what you're saying. 2. Not going to happen in FIM because this movie is not an official part of the series, much like EG isn't.

    1. Highly doubt these are the official character designs. Time constraint shouldn't be an issue since this movie has been in production for nearly 3 years now. 2. It's not a series finale. I keep hearing guarantees of it yet the fact that there's MLP plans up to 2019 according to Hasbro doesn't support it.

    Take a look at any animated film that came out in the past few years. They're all rated PG except for the Peanuts Movie which had extremely light conflict.

    Yeah yeah I know, happy ending and all, clear villain, blah blah blah, but the Dazzlings were better singers and songwriters, period. In actuality they should have won that final battle.

    Yeah it kind of does matter. These days those movies would have EASILY gotten a PG rating. Here's something people need to understand: if the MLP movie has any action, peril, suggestive/"crude" humor, or genuine emotion it gets an automatic PG from the MPAA. And it's a guarantee that at least one of those will be in it. I'm not stating an opinion; I'm stating a fact by today's MPAA.

    Alright here's why I'm confused by the G predictions: It paints a bad light on the movie. See if it's rates PG people will see it as appropriate for both kids and adults.

    1. New animation style. Use ToonBoom (but obviously on a way lower level than the movie) and make the designs and movements more like the animatics. 2. Please be more fantasy rather than slice of life. Since we are working with humans here, there needs to be something to stand out. It's kind of hard to relate to rich teenage girls. 3. What the OP said: more connection to Equestria, whether it's a backstory, substory, or bringing in new characters. 4. If there are songs, make sure it's only one per special and try not to make it incredibly popish like most of the EG numbers; use the LOE style more. 5. Bring back the humor of the first movie(s). LOE was pretty lifeless in that department. Also introduce references in EQG.

    The Giants might regret spending all that money. Yes they all had good first seasons but now you're cap stripped in terms of paying the talent you already have like JPP, Hankins, Richburg, etc. Fuck Dean Spanos. Absolute cheapstake.
