I drew mine, based off an adoptable I got on DeviantART.

I think it's really good so far. There's not much for me to critique since nothing major is wrong with it, but which parts do you have left to finish? It might just be the camera glare, but if you want tips, I'd color in RD a little more. Good job

I think you just need to work on your anatomy. Maybe something like this? Before I list what I did I'd like to mention that you should most likely place the other two limbs somewhere in sight (even if they're behind the other ones) just so it doesn't look like the pony is two legged. I'd also make the eye smaller. What I did to the image: Moved ear higher up on the skull, pointed it Extended legs Extended tail Made rear smaller in contrast Made chest smaller in contrast Pushed skull closer to body I'd recommend looking up pony anatomy charts or using other people's bases to draw over for practice. I think I stand neutral on them, if not a little below that. It doesn't necessarily have to do with being annoying. It's more-so that I'm seeing them literally everywhere now for marketing and I could do better without seeing one of them in my face every time I breathe.

If anyone is interested in receiving a pony-related work of art, I will try to be available. What I can offer: - Graphics: Forum banners, logos, profile designs - Icons: 50x50 if pixellated or 100x100/150x150 if drawn - Drawings: Sketches and sloppy coppies that can be colored, but nothing too detailed. If you are interested a drawing that is fully colored, shaded, transparent/with background/etc. then you will have to commission me (they are far less than a dollar and should be transferred through DeviantArt). Examples of some variants of my artwork over here. The detail of the request will determine how long it takes to complete. Happy requesting. One thing that makes it difficult to name is the lack of explanation on the Cutie Mark. Cutie Marks describe most of a pony's talent and should be considered when naming your pony. The current cutie mark is rather hard to determine because there's a lot going on. I would recommend changing it if you can't think of a good explanation for it. All that comes to my mind for it would have to be stargazing or something involving fame/publicity. I'd also consider taking the colors into consideration. Rose, lavender, violet, perhaps even something like dark or dusk could be used to describe the pony. If the pony is representing your artistic flair, attempt to give it a name after that. Perhaps tools, actions or terms involving the production of art? Easel, sketch, creation, skillful, detailed, or colorful could be used. A majority of naming is about mixing and matching to see your personal preference. Using the given, I could provide names such as: Skillful Rose Colorful Dusk Violet Sketch etc. I couldn't find this sampled into the topic, but you should really consider giving her a personality and using those describing words on her as well. (I was able to work with nouns and visual adjectives at a minimum) Hopefully this helps you somehow.
