Do you know these "survival" type of games, where you control a character that automatically shoots nearby enemies, where with each level up you add more and more spells and upgrade them until you become a walking bullet hell?
I've been kind of thinking of creating such game, but with ponies, just for the fun of coding something like this.
For now I have this prototype with basic mechanics:
Well actually, this is something I did like 5 months ago, abandoned it and never talked about it. Just now it came back to my mind.

I was more optimistic, happier and healthier. With each year that passed, everything gradually got worse. Just like these 5 years ago, I'm still in the same loop where I have no idea what to do with my life.

It's not good at work...
The company, that consumed the one I worked for, is already thinking of changes, and I may or may not be either moved somewhere else or lose position altogether.
I don't like where it's going... The future there is fogged.
It's not a job I enjoy or am proud of anyway, and I've been always heavily underpaid, especially when comparing to my coworkers, but I'm not too optimistic about finding anything better, so... I'm scared of making any move.
I do feel like I should be looking for something else in meanwhile, before situation at work becomes unbearable. What a relief it would be, if I could safely just quit.
I don't know what to do with myself...

I've been looking for jobs online and... oof. I can't find anything where I live. And IT related jobs, no chance at getting any, they require knowing tons of programming languages, frameworks, finished education in that direction, having past commercial experience and so on...
I guess I'm better off locking myself in basement trying to make a commercial game or something...
